Repairing of wooden gate of size 1000mmx2000mm at sen nursing home trapping includes the following works as under:- Dismantling the worm out parts of wooden gate i.e spindle, flat, head stock assembly etc by cutting rusted nut bolts with gas cutter and with the help of required tools and tackles and men power etc.

Isolating the nallah by putting sand bags

Repairing of flap of size 1000x2000mm approx. and 50mm thickness, suitable for sewage water made out of Sal wooden planks.

Cutting/ Finishing of each plank from both side with hand planner etc.

Grouting of M.S. channel of size 75x40 mm thick (appro+..x. 12Mtrs.) to support the wooden planks/ gate by drilling holes.

Fixing/ Cutting of M.S. flat of size 50 mmx10mm to support the wooden planks/ gate from both side with the help of nut bolt & washer etc

Repairing of Spindle made out of 50mm dia and 2000 mm long approx.The work includes turning threading and finishing in all respect.

Providing head stock assembly with hand wheel.

Assembling the complete wooden sluice gate by fixing of spindle, and head stock assembly and civil work as required.

Lowering the fabricated wooden sluice gate in the grooves with the help of Mobile crane & heavy labour etc.

Safety arrangement at site of work for men and machinery. This includes transportation of safety material and its loading unloading etc. complete for making safety arrangement & it's dismantling after completion of work.

Transportation i/c loading unloading complete at site of work.

Testing and commissioning of wooden gate as per satisfaction of Engineer In-charge.

Renovation /repairing of sluice Gate 1000x1500 mm size at Sen nursing home trapping includes the following work as under:- Breaking of CC and removal of malba with the help of breaker (manual / mechanical means) for vacating the site for smoothly execution of sluice gate repair work and malba will be shift from the site as per instruction of engineer in charge

Dismantling the worm out parts of sluice gate i.e. C.I weight, guides spindle, spindle nut, by cutting rusted nut bolt with gas cutter and with the help of required tools & tackles and men power etc.

Safety arrangement at site of work for men and machinery. This includes transportation of safety material and its loading unloading etc. complete for making safety arrangement & it's dismantling after completion of work

Lightening arrangement at site of work for safe working of men and material as per site requirement.

Providing of brass strips at both sides of sliding weight with proper fasteners after grinding etc.

Resetting of C.I. guides by grinding & Polishing as per sample.

Fabrication / supply of Nut of spindle i/c casting, machining and threading as per spindle size requirement.

Resembling of all spares as C.I. sliding weight spindle with. Nut Guides, with the existing wall thimbling by using proper fasteners and nut bolt etc.

Painting the sluice gate with black anti corrosive paint

Testing and commissioning of sluice gate as per satisfaction of Engineer In-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement :2course sand :4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) DSR16.42
