Excavation in foundations and trenches (for pipes and pits) upto all depths etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work and saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting in soft/hard rock or chiseling or wedging out of same where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring strutting, planking timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking usable and unusable material/soil separately and after laying jointing and testing of pipes, returning the excavated soil in 15 cm layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of unmetaled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion of traffic, night signal, boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.
Laying, jointing and testing of Ductile iron spigot & socketed pipe with cement mortar lining on inneer pipe jointed with push o joint including cost of all kinds of fitting such as sockets, SBR gaskets and fixing complete. the pipe should e as per IS 8329-2000 class K-7 as per diamensions, weight and test pressure mentioed below in a random length of 4 to 7 mtrs within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfactio of the Engineer-in-charge. (Earth work to be measuired and paid for separately).

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 work (1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in base slab and walls in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.
Providing mild steel/tor Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including bending , binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.
15mm cement plaster in single coat of rough sides of bricks/concrete stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles chamfer and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3sand) in all leads and lifts.
Providing form work with steel plated 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain.
Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 200 mm wide CI rungs with chequered or ribbed non slip surface i/c fixing in structure with 200 x 200 x 100 mm cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement :3 sand : 6 graded stone aggre 20 mm nominal size )
Proving & fixing pre-cast RCC ( SFRC) man hole cover with frames of size of 560 mm internal dia conforming to IS specification code -12592 Part I & II with latest ammendments of following classifications :
