Construction of Carp Brood Bank at Fish farm Nalagarh , Distt Solan (HP). ) (SH:- Renovation of existing Brooder and Rearing Ponds (Deepining of ponds and lining the earthen ponds with RCC ) )

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 250 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts in all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts in all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in foundation trenches etc in earth work in all kinds of soil , such as pick work, pick jumper work, jumper work , jumper blasting work, chiseling / wedging out rocks including pumping or bailing out water upto all lifts, stacking the excavated soil in all leads from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm (fifteen centimetres) layers when required in to plinth side of foundation etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge, including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by the contractor to full extent in all respects in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete to obtain the minimum compressive strength of grade M-20 (M- twenty) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts in all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)and curing complete to obtain the minimum compressive strength of grade M-15 (M- Fifteen) ncluding carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts in all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Hot rolled deformed bars (Tata , Jindal,SAIL Make ) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts in all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly as in wire crate apron bund / Soling (wire crates to be measured separately).including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts in all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 Mtr. in depth in all heights from floor. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts in all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts in all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts in all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge
