Supplying and installation of 100 MT fully electronic modular welded design type pit less weighbridge, construction of Ramp on both side, Control room and all related civil and electrical works at SSTPP, Dongalia Distt. Khandwa.

Item No. 1 Earth work in excavation/embankment with approved quality soil by means of earthi/c cleaning of borrow pit/foundation area by uprooting of all type of vegetation, grass, bushes, saplings etc. by any means and stripping of top layer of minimum 20 cm to such depth as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge, depending upon the suitability of ash to be used in forming ash embankment key etc. i/c disposal of all unsuitable materials outside the working zone/ area with all lead and lift complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge i/c loading, transportation, unloading of suitable/ selected excavated materials on the bank layers not exceeding 250 mm thick for forming the embankment with all lead, lift, breaking clods/ lumps, watering, compaction etc to achieve dry density not less than 95% standard proctor with approved mechanical means, trimming of slopes to theoretical profile i/c all other incidental charges such as watering. Cost of labor, equipment and materials etc. complete and materials etc. complete as per specification, drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No. 2 Boulder apron laid in wire crates (Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates made with 4mm dia GI wire conforming to IS: 280 & IS:4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh (weaved diagonally) including 10% extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each.)

Item No. 3Granular Sub-base with Close Graded Material (Table: - 400-1) A Plant Mix Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401)

Item No. 4 Construction of Base/Sub-base of pavement with lean concrete - fly ash. (Construction of Base/sub-base using cement, sand, fly ash and coarse aggregates proportioned as per table 4 of IRC: 74/1979 and with water content ratio, slump and compressive strength as defined in the said table, mix prepared in a batching and mixing plant and compacted with a vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes capacity within the time limit laid down vide clause 7.6.3 of IRC: 74-1979, construction joints properly formed at the end of day's work, cured for 14 days, all as specified in IRC: 74-1979 and as per approved plans.)

Item No. 5Cement Concrete Pavement Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement with M-40 grade concrete over a prepared sub base with cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with electronic sensor slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing as per IRC-15-2011 and as per relevant clauses of section 602 of specifications complete but excluding cost of steel in dowel bar and tie rods etc. including groove cutting for width of 4 mm- 6mm and 1/3rd depth of PQC within 8-10 hrs of placing/ finishing of PQC including cleaning of groove and providing approved sealant filling etc. as per clause 602.2.10 and 600.10 and IRC-57-2006 as per drawing and as per specification.

Item No. 6 Construction of Shoulders with approved material/selected soil i/c excavation all lifts & leads i/c grading to required slope & camber of 4% and compacting on OMC using vibratory roller of 80 to 100 kN static weight. Field compaction shall be done in corresponding layers of carriage way thickness and meet the requirements of MDD to achieve compaction (98% -100%) as per relevant clause of 408. A Hard Shoulders (CBR value >12)

Item No. 7 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. (No extra lift is payable if work is done by mechanical means) All kinds of soil.

Item No. 8 Soak pit circular Making soak pit 2.5 m diameter 3.0 metre deep with 45 x 45 cm dry brick honey comb shaft with bricks of class designation 75 and S.W. drain pipe 100 mm diameter, 1.8 m long complete as per standard design. Well burnt bricks With well burnt bricks
