Comprehensive Annual maintenance including repair and replacement of unserviceable spare parts and routine preventive maintenance of high side of the complete 2 Nos. 375 TR capacity screw type water chilling machine of Daikin make alongwith other associated accessories installed at A Block of Delhi high court, as per terms and condition attached and also as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The scope of work consisting of providing-tools and tackles, spares parts, equipments, consumables items as mentioned in annexure-A required for smooth and uninterrupted working of the complete system etc as required.
