Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m complete excluding GST.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, from a lead minimun three km. spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 complete excluding GST.

Mechanically compected to achieve 95% proctors density including arrangement of water, settlement and all T&P including roller and its fuel etc complete excluding GST. (SI. No. 260 (a))

Construction of granular sub-base by providing grading -1 material in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, & compecting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401 complete excluding GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete excluding GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.5% Emulsion in uniform layers on sub base / subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desired density complete excluding GST.

Providing & applying Tack coat with V.G.-10 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.25kg/Sqm. On the prepared Bitumen/ granular surface clieaned with mechanical broom complete excluding GST.

Providing & laying Bituminious Concrete with 60-90TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premix with bituminous binder @ 5.4 Per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, lever and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Specification clause 509 complete excluding GST.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 (1:1½:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels. rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints as per norms, applying debonding strips primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction, joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 including Cost of Polythene Sheet and Dowel bar and also including complete shifting of matrials & Concrete etc complete excluding GST.(M-20 Ch. 20 New It.9

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work complete excluding GST. (SI . 279 (b))

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in super structure complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. complete excluding GST. (R.C.C. Grade M-25)

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:2;4 in lintels of door & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra complete excluding GST. (SI. No. 283).

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications complete excluding GST.

Supply & fixing of NP-3 class 450 mm dia RCC hume pipe (ISI mark) of following diameters including carriage, loading, unloading at site also including cost of hume pipes & collars & all taxes including laying in proper position & joint filling including cost of necessary jute & cement for roper completion of the work excluding GST.

M-150 Brick on edge pavement on parties with bricks, laid dry joints filled with local sand including preparation of base to proper slope, and its ramming, spreading layer of 1 cm. (3/8") depth of local sand over the subgrade and including supply of all materials, labour Tools &plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. excluding GST. (S.I. No. 763).

M-150 Brick work in in 1:4 (One cement & Four coarse sand) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work excluding GST. (SI. No. 305 (a) )

Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 parts of fine sand of 1.25 Fineness modulus excluding GST. (SI. No. 574).

2.5 cm thick Damp Proof Course with Cement and approved coarse sand 1:2 with and including water proofing compound (1 Ltr. to 1 bag of cement of 50 Kg.) as ordered by the Engineer incharge in the proportion as specified by the manufacturer including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work and including proper curing & shutterings as necessary excluding GST. (SI No 361)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 5.00 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete excluding GST. (for repeated bar marking).

Providing& laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2-5 mm thic including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm, area, thickness of 2.5 mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes complete excluding GST. (As per SOR. Ch. 27 SI. No. 7 New Item)
