ALUMINIUM PARTITION: Providing and Fixing Aluminium Partition consisting of Aluminium Sections 63.5 MM X 38.1 MM X 1.50 MM thick hollow anodised of Jindal / Hindalco make conforming to IS733 and IS 1285. The anodizing shall be transparent and complying IS 1868 (minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15). The Sections would be installed at an interval of 3’6” vertically and bottom section of size 114.60 x 44.45 x 1.5 mm Aluminium snap beeding for glazing/panelling etc. and 5.5 mm thick float Transparent Glass including providing screwless aluminium glazing clip. Bottom upto 3’ Ht Will be provided with 12 MM thick both side pre- laminated particle board flat pressed 3 layer conforming to IS12823 Grade I type II of Action Tessa/ Associate / Century of interior grade complete with fixing clips, fasteners, filling up of gaps at junction, top, bottom, & sides with required PVC/Nepprene felt etc.. The joints shall be smooth, mitred and jointed with cleat angle etc as per Site Incharge.

ALUMINIUM DOOR: Providing and Fixing anodised Aluminium Door consisting of Sections 83.5 MM X 44.45 MM X 2.00 MM thick vertical, top and middle horizontal members and bottom members of size 114.60MM X 44.45MM X 2.00MM thickness. Bottom upto 3’ Ht will be provided with 12MM thick both side pre-laminated board as mentioned in the item 1 above and rest above provided with 5.5 MM thick transparent float glass. Door provided with 100 MM brass dead lock Ozone make, hydraulic floor spring,(double action) heavy quality ISI marked with SS cover plate 100 MM dia Circular plate type handles (2 nos.) tower bolt of size 250 x10 mm (Barrel Type) including cutting the floor etc complete as directed by Site Incharge.

Office Area

GYPSUM FALSE CEILING: at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special, power pressed from M.S. Sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms / Sq.M ( both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm wide X 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm center to center, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia X 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm center to center, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5mm at 450 mm center to center. (nothing extra shall be paid for openings for grilles, electrical fixtures etc. and vertical / inclined face shall be measured above 200mm high only ) with 12.5 mm thick, tapered edge, gypsum board . All joints to be taped with paper tape and filled with jointing compound to provide smooth surface.

P V C Flooring:Providing and laying unbacked flexible 2mm P.V.C sheets / tiles as specified below of approved make and shade including preparing the surface,cleaning as required and applying adhesive -as recommended by the PVC manufacturers, laying, aligning, cutting in required size and pattern, trimming of tiles/sheets, removing the adhesive stains on the surface with soap solution (2table spoons of soap powder for 5 liter of water) using a cloth or mop or and wiping the dried surface with soft dry cloth etc.. complete all as per specification

Painting Works

Plastic Emulsion Paint:The surfaces to be applied with Acrylic emulsion paint shall be cleaned to remove loose dirt or dust, lichen, algae, fungi or any organic growth by use of stiff brush. All cracks, voids and minor damages shall be patched/ repaired prior to application of paint with two coats of white putty .Over this prepared surface apply a coat of acrylic primer as per manufacturer’s instructions. This shall be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hours before application of final paint.Acrylic Emulsion paint of premium quality i.e. Asian Paints 100% Acrylic shall be applied in at least two coats as per manufacturer instructions. The Acrylic paint shall be prepared as per manufacturer’s instructions by adding water in proportions as suggested No other thinner shall be used. Paint shall be applied with brushes or roller and shall be allowed to dry for 3 to 4 hours between subsequent coats.

Toilet Works

DISMANTLING OF FLOORING/TILING :- Dismantling of existing flooring (Tile/ Grnaite/ Stone/ Terrazo/ Vinyl/ Screeding ) including removing base in cement mortar of any depth etc. and disposal of unserviceable material to the closest designated dumping ground. Drainage pipes ,water lines and sanitary fittings and sanitary ware inside the existing toilet and making good post removal and disposal of unserviceable material to the closest dumping ground. . All existing pipes to be plugges at junction with existing stack post removal of internal pipes.

CERAMIC TILES FOR FLOOR-(Pantry/Toilet): Providing and laying Kajaria /Johnson make ceramic floor tiles 300x300mm conforming to IS 15622 (anti skid) of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make &colours laid on cement mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. with unitide adhesive after cleaning scrubbing, washing etc. complete as direct by Site-in-charge.

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF WORK TOPS: Worktops will be of 25mm thick prelaminated particle boards with 2mm thick PVC edge banding glued by through edge banding machine with all corners machine rounded . The finish will be of approved make laminate as desired colour by the CLIENT. The worktops will be installed on exisitng brackets, fixed in the slots in the vertical members of the frames.
