Dismantling of pipeline of following diameters / pipes / sprinklers at any location / elevation in Ash & Red mud reclamation lines & disposal lines / water supply mains with all labours, tools, tackles, consumables & supervision etc. all complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.Returning all dismantled materials to the owner at the designated place/NALCO as directed by Engineer in charge.

DIS/ERE OF 14" DIA PIPELINE

PIPING:Fabrication, erection and testing of the piping materials (free issue) utilising task force,tools, tackles & consumables. Handling including unpacking, lifting, transportation from Owner's store to contractor's workshop for prefabrication or to work site for field fabrication/erection. Fabrication as per drawings, models, sketches, instructions, taking field measurements as required including cutting of pipes to size, edge preparation, providing bends, tees, flanges, studs, reinforcement pads, elbows, reducers, spools, crosses, caps, flanged vents, drains instrument and sample points as required. However, the cost of fabrication & erection of flanged piping specials such as bends, tees, nozzle joints, reducers, spool pieces etc., will be paid as per item rates. Returning all surplus materials out of free issue items & scraps to the owner at the place as directed by Engineer in charge.

Fabrication of mitre bend of all angles as specified below from 150mm upto 350 mm diameter pipes as per piping specifications including supply of all consumables, labours, equipments, tools, tackles etc. all complete as per drawings, specification & instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

SUPPLY OF TASK FOR UNQUANTIFIED JOBS :The Contractor is required to quote schedule of dailylabour rate for all categories of workmen. The rate should be inclusive of daily wages to the worker, contractor overhead and profit, any other benefits payble to worker towards leave, gratuity, provident fund, retirement benefit, medical, accident compensation, safety appliances etc.Payment for the part of the day shall be made on prorata basis of daily labour rate plus benefit. The Contractor is required to arrange manpower at a short notice of one hour for attending to emergency works at any time during 24 hrs. of the day. Duty of any workman shall be reckonedfrom the time the workman reports on duty. No overtime will be payable for labour supply. Contractor has to arrange separate manpower if the job is not completed within 8 hrs.
