Operation, maintenance and monitoring of construction power supply of ETPS Expansion Project for a period of Six months (180 days) or up to the date of Handing over of site to the EPC contractor or up to dismantling/clearing of construction power

Charges for Routine Monitoring & Checking of (a) Indication and protection systems of HT Switch Gear panel Comprising of 3 VCBs at RSS (b) Checking of healthiness of 11 KV Supply, 11KV OH Lines, Cables and 11KV AB Switches for any abnormalities (c) Monitoring of distribution Transformer for oil leaks, abnormal noise and for other abnormalities (d) Renewal of 11KV H.G. fuses and (e) charging of all Control Station ACBs after any disturbances in 11KV supply (1) Main Plant area and (2) sea water intake area.

Faults tracing and rectification in focus light fittings, Replacing of failed components, cables and refixing and attending defect at dewatering motor starter panels at both sites. And extension of Power supply by laying of cables (If necessary by Digging earth) at Road crossing from distribution panels, IP44, switch boards Etc. for lighting, dewatering, etc. as required at both sites

Routine Maintenance in Main distribution panels at Control stations and other 100A, 200A, 400A, 630A Sub-distribution panels, other all types of panels at main plant and SWIS Including earthing arrangements of panels

Charges for cleaning of light jungles and trees around the RSS, Control Stations, Main/ Sub distribution panels at various locations, 4 Pole, 2 Pole structure etc.

Fault identification and attending fault in 11 KV HT breakers and LT ACBs of all control stations replacement of defective components including cost of consumables and T & P.

Attending Breakdown in 11 KV line including fault identification, sectionalizing of lines, and rectification work such as renewal of failed insulators, attending jumper cuts and renewal of defective jumpers including transporting of materials and T&P’s under the supervision of TANGEDCO Engineers.

Charges for attending defects in Distribution Transformer including terminations, and checking of IR values, renewal of HG fuses and ascertaining the healthiness of Transformer and charging the transformer at various locations including cost of consumables and T&P.

Fault identification and attending fault in Main/Sub distribution panel by replacing of burnt/failed components in Main/Sub distribution panels including cable terminations, attending cable faults feeding panels and laying of cables if required (Upto 25 Sq mm) at various locations including cost of Consumables and T&P.

Maintenance of high mast light fittings and fault identification and attending faults in light fittings by downing the fitting assembly like replacement of defective components, rectification of cable faults and termination faults and restoring its height. Also attending faults in its hoist system whenever necessary at project sites including cost of Consumables and T&P

Circuit fault identification and attending of fault in office lighting circuits, computer plug point circuits, AC circuits, peripheral lightings of office buildings & replacement of all type of electrical components at site office, and intercom fault/defects attending works (Including line and junction box faults), laying of wires/cables if required. Also rectification of faults in IP44 and various switchboxes/ junction boxes/distribution boxes/starter panels etc. at both sites and replacement of defective components including cable laying (Up to 25 Sq mm) including cost of Consumables and T&P

Routine maintenance of 11 KV HT switch gear panel of RSS consists of three breakers, including checking of spring charging mechanisms, tightness of all components and lubrication of moving parts and checking their operations. checking cable tightness, checking of closing/Tripping operations both mechanically & electrically and checking of IR value cleaning and re fixing doors including Cost of Consumables and T&P under the supervision of TANGEDCO Engineer.

Routine Maintenance of 11 KV HT line at entire main plant area by pole to pole inspection and renewal of Jumper & insulator if necessary including transporting of materials, cost of Consumables and T&P under the supervision of TANGEDCO Engineer.

Routine maintenance of 11 KV AB switch by checking of 3 pole alignment of fixed/moving contacts checking of bolts/nuts including Cost of Consumables and T&P under the supervision of TANGEDCO Engineer at various locations of 11 KV Control Stations

Routine maintenance of distribution transformer such as Primary/ Secondary side terminal tightness checking, testing of IR value, changing of bolts & nuts if necessary and external cleaning, checking of oil level, Silica gel replacement if required. Checking of earthing and attending defects if necessary including cost of Consumables and T&P under the supervision of TANGEDCO Engineer.

LT Cable laying work: Removing, Re-laying in cable trench/by clamping / or by Digging 0.6 Meters on the earth. Power cable laying above 25 sq.mm to 120 sq.mm
