M & L for Earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by mean of GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of GI or steel and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board, testing on completion including PCC cover and frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as in earthing pit, MS funnel with wire mesh GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering and GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade for the protection of GI wire from earth pit to earth point complete including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 5 SSR Part-I. Supply and fixing in replacement double pole sheet metal enclosure made of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet factory made with powder coat painting including 01x MCB 20 Amps 10 kA complete all as directed Note : The cost of suitable size clamp/Nut bolts required at site for fixing of enclosure on garden light post/wall is deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

Supply & fixing in replacement GI brackets made of 40 mm nominal bore GI pipe medium grade of required length not less than 1.5 M long, mounting brackets made out of Mild steel FI 40x6 mm of required shape ( two Nos) duly fitted with Mild steel nuts, bolts and washers and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide Zn chrome primer and fixed to pole / walls etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement CRCA MS sheet for LT panel having thickness 3.15 mm powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide on out side surface and painted in side with two coats of red oxide primer including all fixing acessories i.e. suitable size of hinge, nuts, bolts, washers, cutting and welding works etc complete all as directed by Engr -in-charge

Supply and fixing in replacement Digital VAF+PF meter with RS 485 CL1 in LT panel including taking out old existing unserviceable meter from panels etc complete all as directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED indication lamp including taking down old unserviceable LED indication lamp from LT panel complete as specified and directed.

Cleaning the existing painted surface of LT panel by scrapping, making good distrubed surfaces by applying putties on uneven surface to make it even and M&L for spray painting to LT panel of any size with two coat of synthetic enamel paint with desired colour over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour disconnecting faulty /burnt end or portion of cable from LT panel/LT pole /main switch/changeover etc by removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation & earth work , cleaning the surface area not less than 1 mtr surrounding the panel/pole , provision of suitable size of thimble, LT tap , relaying and reconnecting the cable by removing faulty/burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals for 16 Sqmm 3.5/4 core to 240 Sqmm 3.5 core of LT cable to LT Panel/pole/main switch/changeover complete all as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement factory made , tested , CPRI approved powder coated LT Panel board(Dimention of Cubical/enclosure not less than 1200mmx900mmx500mm) ,cubical compartmentalized , out door type double door , plate form mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars four pole installed on porcelain/SMC insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP-54 class protection and outer shell made of of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, inner shell made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA MS sheet , 50x50x6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, the cubical have bottom channel of size 75x40mm duly coated with zink metal coating,front and rear opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size ( but not less than 2.5 Sqmm) and comprising of the following :- (a) Incoming :- (i) MCCB 4 pole , 400 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 36 KA, with thermal magnetic release - 01 Nos (ii) On load change over switch open execution type , 400 Amps , 4 pole , 415 volt , 50 Hz-01 No (iii) Digital VAF+PF meter with RS 485 CL1 -01No (iv) CTs ratio 400/5 A ,class 1, ISI marked -01 sets of three (v) Indicating lamp- 01 set of three (vi) Four Pole , Aluminium bus bar 800 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size “F” class insulators.

Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. Note :- (i) All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands. (ii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint. (iii) All MCCB with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947-II/IS 13947-II (Latest Version). The MCCB should have Ics=100%Icu. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer

M&L out door type busbar panel board (Dimention of Cubical/enclosure not less than 600mmx450mmx450mm) made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm factory made suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, powder coat painted comprising of the following:- (a) FP, Aluminium bus bar 500 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size “F” class insulators. (b) Incoming MCCB 160 Amps 25 KA, 415 Vots, 50 Hz, FP. – 1 No (c) LED Indicator lamp RYB - 01 set of three. (d) Platform of Panel. Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. Taking out faulty underground 1100 Volt LT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing bricks of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re routing after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks as required. Note: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable bricks will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.

Re-stringing of existing loose over head line having 5 Nos ACSR conductor and 01Nos GI wire any size/type etc of existing LT pole steel and PCC including replacement of aluminium binding wire or suitable size carefully without damaging of insulator etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 82 above but having 4 Nos ACSR conductor and 01 Nos GI Wire

Trimming/pruning of the tree branches coming cross electric power head line LT feeder clearing the span and making the free from touching the tree branches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying and fixing in replacement LT spacer in LT overhead line of ACSR conductor ,shall be made of high quality regid PVC, the spacer shall be water proof weather proof and shock proof the spacer shall also be suitable for use on both horizental and vertically configuration of LT O/H line ACSR conductor 5 wire /4 wire system

S&F in replacement Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of code name ferret/weasel on LT pole of size as ordered including stringing and jointing for overhead line on poles including aluminium binding wire 14 SWG, jumpers, line tapes etc supplied and fixed in repairs including dismantling of old ACSR conductor from LT poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement automatic street light timer panel 12 KW /40 Amp switch using Infrared Sensor based for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of natural light. Required illuminance for switching ON is < 30 Lux and for switching OFF > 10 Lux level.
