REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:2:4 (One cement two M.sand and four aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding centering, strutting, cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC Column footing, Plinth beam and sill beams, RCC SLABS, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, TEE or ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, BED BLOCKS, STAIRCASE WAIST and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M.sand) using best quality II class chamber burnt bricks of size 23x11x7cm (9" x 43/8" x 23/4") including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost.)

SPECIAL CEILING PLASTERING and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three P.sand) 10mm thick, including hacking the surfaces including curing neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five P.sand) 12 mm., thick for walls in all floors including necessary scaffolding, curing, neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing of MS ANGLES of best & approved quality including necessary cutting, bending, welding, transportation and placing in position with proper alignment including one coat of red oxide primer etc., Complete as per Standard Specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

WHITE WASHING TWO COATS using best quality (KOTTAYAM) White cement in floors including cost of white cement and other materials, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of cost of gum, best quality of blue powder etc.,).

PAINTING NEW IRON WORKS for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars, Weldmesh, wiremesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with two coats of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officers. before use on work)

PAINTING the wall surface with TWO COAT of Weather shield max exterior paint of the approved colour as per the specification including ONE COAT OF PRIMER to give an even shade at the external walls with necessary scrapping including cost of brushes and all other materials required and the scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The paint to be used should be got approved by the departmental officers before us on work.)

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) windows of casement type (Open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames etc.,Complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (The window should be got approved from the departmental officers before use on work.

Flooring with scratch proof premium grade Double charged designed VITRIFIED TILES of approved quality and colour of size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.008 m in all floors over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) base above the existing bed concrete and pointing with same colour cement added with colouring pigments etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing GRANOLYTHIC FLOOR FINISH of 40 mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two M.sand and four stone jelly) using 6mm to 12mm size hard broken granite stone jelly with water proofing compound etc., as directed by the departmental officers and as per standard specification in all floors.

Supplying and filling of 40mm HBS jelly in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well watered, rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and filling of 20mm HBS jelly in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well watered, rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying laying and jointing various diameter of PVC Pipes of approved quality (Like Finolex or equivalent) and best variety conforming to ISS and with ISI Mark of various diameter including cutting,threading and fixing of PVC / specials but excluding cost of such specials and fixing to wall with necessary teak wood plugs, pvc clamps and screws making the good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work and plastering wherever necessary including scaffolding charges etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (8" dia 6kg/cm2 - Sanitary works)

Drilling of bore wells any where in tamil nadu including transportation from one place to another place within tamilnadu in alluvial soil, sedimentry, strata of clay and M.sand stone, shales, pebbles boulders etc., by first taking a pilot bore of 140mm/150mm dia and then enlarging to required dia by direct or riverse rotary mud and circulation method using rotary rigs, fuel, labour and drilling, bentonite mud and water required for drilling at the site, site will shown by departmental officers including construction of mud pit (water available with in a lead of 1.5km) P.S to M.D.S.S Special Specifications TWAD RATE P.No.176 (PILOT BORE DRILLING)

Supply of 200mm dia OD PVC END CAP as per special specification TWAD. Complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
