M&L RCC M30 grade (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footing including attached pilasters and buttresses including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for TMT (CRS) bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and incl mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip quality confirming to deformed or twisted bars complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

M & L for setting coat 3 mm thick in CM 1:2 ,trowelled to even and smooth finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, exc 10cm in width in PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of concrete block masnory in two layers, base layer 10mm thick in CM (1:6) and top layer 5mm thick in CM 1:4(with river sand) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge
