Supplying & fixing Internal and External stainless steel single headed fire hydrant landing valve with instantaneous Gun metal coupling of 63mm dia with cast iron wheel ISI marked conforming to IS:5290 (Type-A) with blank PVC cap and chain as required.

Providing & fixing 63 mm dia STAINLESS STEEL short Branch pipe with 20mm (nominal internal diameter) in size stainless steel nozzle conforming to IS:903 suitable for instantaneous connection complete to inter-connect hose pipe, coupling etc. as required and as per enclosed specification.

Providing & fixing of MS Hose cabinet outdoor type of size 0.90 M X 0.60 M X 0.50 M made of 2mm thick MS sheet with 6mm thick glazed glass doors i/c necessary locking arrangement suitable to accomodate 2 nos 15 m long hoses, one no branch pipe etc. and mounted on wall or with raised brick platform. The cabinet shall be painted with red colour shade No. 536 of IS: 5 externally & white internally complete in all respects for external hydrant and as per enclosed specification.

Providing & fixing 63mm dia. 15mtr. long RRL hose pipe (ISI Marked) with 63mm dia. male and female STAINLESS STEEL couplings duly binded with GI wire, rivets etc. conforming to IS-636 (Type-A) complete as required & as per enclosed specification.

Providing, fixing and jointing and commissioning including testing C - class heavy duty mild steel pipes conforming to IS-1239 upto 150 mm dia. including cutting, welding, fittings viz bends, tees, reducers, flanges, nut-bolts, gasket complete and laying in ground including excavationin all kind of soft and heard soil up to 75 cm deep below ground level including refilling, providing PCC block support at interval and giving suitable treatment for corrosion by way of min. 4 mm thick corrosion protection tape which shall be wrapped comprising of coal tar/ asphalt component supported on fabric of organic/ inorganic fibre as per IS-10221, re-filling the trench etc.as required and as per direction of Engineer - in charge

Providing, fixing, jointing and commissioning of C-class heavy duty Mild Steel pipes conforming to IS-1239 upto 80 mm dia. including cutting, welding, nut-bolts, gasket, fitting viz. bends, tees, reducers, crosses, flanges etc. and fixing the pipes on wall / ceiling / beam / floor with suitable MS clamps / structural supports/PCC block and painting complete as required and as per direction of Engineer - in charge.

Providing & fixing butterfly valve of rating PN 1.6, water type in cast iron body with Ductile iron disc, EPDM seal, SS single piece shaft, confirming to IS-13095 of the 80 mm sizes complete with cast iron hand lever companion flanges, bolts, nuts, washers & inserted rubber gasket, as required and as per enclosed specification.

Providing & fixing butterfly valve of rating PN 1.6, water type in cast iron body with Ductile iron disc, EPDM seal, SS single piece shaft, confirming to IS-13095 of the 150 mm sizes complete with cast iron hand lever companion flanges, bolts, nuts, washers & inserted rubber gasket, as required and as per enclosed specification.

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.
