Demolition floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding,(but not backing) and rubbish off the premises , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compund on fair faces of brick on concrete slab & sides of sunken portion, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for priming surfaces and applying normal treatment (for moderate conditiion) using glass fibre bore bituman felt grade 2, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for applying evently a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The roof treatment shall be executed through approved manufacturer only.

M & L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in, foundation filing and mass concrete. bed blocks, coping, lintels upto 1.5m span and similar work complete , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Non skid light coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/Rectangular) area of each tiles exc. 0.06 sqm but not exc. 0.11 sqm, in floors etc,confirming to IS: 15622 : 2006 grade B II (a) matt superior finish flooring, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 as bedding layer for floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 09 above, but on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and incl backing coat of in CM 1:4 10mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM(1:6) on brick walls or concrete surface, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic washable distemper of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer on walls , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 3mm thick wall care putty on wall , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic washable distemper of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer on walls , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in CM(1:3) on ceiling, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on alkali-resistant priming paint on ceiling , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling for 500 ltr water storage tank, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 500 ltr Rotational moulded three layer polye?thylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections of following descriptions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. :-

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns,beams,slabs,Chajjas and the like as IN PATCH WORK OF AREA nexc 2.5 sqm nature at different qtrs as directed ,roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes,washed with water and allowed to dry,including dusting of steel reinforcement,providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75 mm x 75 mm of 2 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces,applying adhesive/admixyure over steel mesh and providing 25 mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix using 1 part of ordinary portland cement 53 grade and 2 parts of banas sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufactures instruction or 2% by wt of cement all as directed with apressure of 2 to 2.5 kgs per sqm by guniting machine including necessary padding,steel scaffolding and shuttering for working platform/formwork , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
