Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in as in leveling course including use of form work as necessary complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid and bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone as in floors etc, set and jointed in cement mortar and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength 550 MPA as in roof covering in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including providing of rubber washer/Bitumen washer with filling of Bitumen between joint of sheet and Self tapping screws complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel works such as hand rail, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion drilled and counter sunk for baluster, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc wind ties for roof including securing with bolts post and strut in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed dilling holes notcning for wire etc, flat iron fillets for securing fencing mesh including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc and similar work using rolled section confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement including taking out old railing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Work site is RO plant and swimming pool. Fabrication of hand grip ladders for swimming pool also included in this scope.
