Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet as under :- (a) Ist Course : Apply a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384@ 0.40 Kg /Sqm on prepared surface of plaster and after drying of primer, apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm on plastered surfaces. (b) 2nd Course : APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane, 5 layered, 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap, membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat, all joints and changes in direction should be covered with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @200ml/bag of cement and curved before laying of membarance. (c) 3rd Course : Apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm over membrance and dusted with dry sand @ 0.50 to 1 Kg/sqm. The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out from the authorised personal of the Company all as specified and directed.

S&FPVC wall lining/panelling consisting of 5mm thick plain colour pvc sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on pvc frame including 5mm thick pvc sheet filet of width 35mm to make pvc frame all as per manufacturers instruction and drawings all as directed.

M&L for preparation and brooming down of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornice etc and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.
