PROVISION OF ATHLETIC TRACK IN ALBERT IKKA SPORTS STADIUM AT KAMTPEE STATION

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers properly complacted in layers by Vibrator Compactor n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 10 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed .

M &L for 15 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen at 10 kg per 10 square metre with bitumen grade VG-10 on WBM surface using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using with 4% binder content (paving bitumen any penetration of Grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen any penetration of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified ans directed.

M & L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen at 5 kg per 10 square metre with bitumen grade VG-10 on blacktop surface using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc, n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard dense soil all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of Size 450X 200X 100 mm of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified by Engr in Charge.
