Dismantling, Material and Labour, Removing and refixing, Provison of Manual Operation and Comprehensive maintenance and servicing of taxi track 1 Nos (2 shutters) electrically and operated link gates 30 mtr long and 3m high including atttending stoppages/breakdown in operation/movement of gates etc.sliding Gate removing and refixing of electric connection,heavy duty ball bearing set outer dia 50mm and 40mm width,MS wheel size outer dia 120mm having outer layer of heavy duty fiber reinforced rubber outer dia 200mm and 45 mm width suitable for gate, Cast iron coupling connector between motor and gear box shaft, rubber padding/gear box, MS axle of 75mm dia solid shaft 120cm long with 200mm threaded axile end to fit wheel on both side, framed with square pipes of size 50x50x4mm of height 2.5 mtr on both side to support the gate and base plate 40cmx40cmx8mm in rectangular shape incl bottom frame work support,Heavy duty gear box, straightening to due alignment, greasing and welding and marking alignment as required to make smooth movement and operations, three phase power supply from the LT panel taking out defective Motor and rewinding, greasing and servicing of the same capacity 5 HP, painting of whole gate by two coat of red oxide and one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
