Earthwork excavation in all soils and subsoils except hard rock requiring blasting with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m including all labour charges etc., including refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick including watering, consolidation etc., as per standard specification.

Plain Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing etc, complete as per standard specification.

Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best Second Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9" x 4⅜" x 2¾" having 350 kg/cm² compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbent in the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.For Basement

Supplying and erecting centering including necessary supports for the plane surfaces such as RCC Column Footing, Plinth Beam, & Sill Beam etc., using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification Footing & Grade Beam Centering

Supplying and erecting centering for soffits of Square / Rectangular Columns including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild steel or Ribbed tor steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tying and placing in position etc, complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying in position standardised concrete mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 3250kg/10cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0cum) 7730kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30cm) 5156kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7760kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / Roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and directed by the departmental officers. The Coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards.

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement three P-sand), 10mm thick in all floors for RCC slabs, Beams, Sunshades including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades, staircase steps, landing slabs etc., as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:5 mix 12mm thick using clean screened sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc.complete complying with standard specification

Floor finishing with Granolithic flooring 25mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 [one cement, two M-Sand and four aggregates] mix using 10mm to 12mm size metal and top rubbed smooth, including cost of all materials and labour charges for mixing, laying, finishing, watering etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supply and fixing 38 / 40mm thick Cuddapah Slab including cost, conveyance and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

White washing one coat with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with approved Cement Paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats for New iron work surface using best quality synthetic enamel paint etc complete complying with standard specification

Supply & Filling of Rough stones etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply & Filling of HBGS Jelly 40mm size (course aggregate) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position of best quality approved make Cuddapah Slab Sink of size 600mm x 600mm x 200mm including cost of 32mm dia C.P. waste union, 32mm dia PVC waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm dia brass nipple including fixing the sink in position, testing for leakages etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply, fabricating & fixing in position of M.S door /Windows / Ventilator of required of size suitable to site,condition using necessary 'L' Angles,flats,I sections covered with 18 gauge M.S.Sheet for Door and windows, including cost and conveyance of materials,all labour charges for fabrication,fixing with all furnitures fittings etc., complete as directed by departmental officer

UPVC VentilatorSupplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned.
