Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft / hard rock, chiselling in soft / hard including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited and stacking the excavated earth up to all lifts, stacking the excavated soil up to all lead clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimeters layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/ breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per HPPWD specifications.

Providing and laying cement conrete 1 : 4 :8 . ( 1 cement : 4 sand and : 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth upto all leads and lifts

Providing and laying cement conrete 1 : 3 :6 . ( 1 cement : 3 sand and : 6 grade stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth upto all leads and lifts

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in.Walls including attached buttresses, pilasters and their caps and bases string courses upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1 : 2 :4 ( One cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads & lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement. (40mm thick)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1½ : 3 mix. ( 1 cement : 1½ : sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced concrete work in :

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like; and mass concreteas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses from top of foundation upto two level all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floor,roofs,landing and shelves and tdheir support Balconies,Beams,girders,bressumers and contilevers upto floor two level as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Lintels, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.

Arches upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 2:4 mix. ( 1 cement : 2: sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced concrete work in :

Suspended floor,roofs,landing and shelves and tdheir support Balconies,Beams,girders,bressumers and contilevers upto floor two level as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in

Arches upto 6 metres span.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

In flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, landing & the like.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing mild steel/tor steel (reinforcement for RCC work) including bending,binding and placing in positioncomplete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Steel will be issued free of cost.)

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dirt and other foreign matter.

Providing and fixing of 3.15mm MS Sheet Manhole cover 600X600mm with locking arrangement in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in Charge

Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media duly graded, screened, washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Top layer: Fine sand screened, cleaned, washed and graded effective size 0.2 to 0.4mm with uniformity cofficient 2.0 to 3.0 from approved source

Second layer: Coarsed sand screened, cleaned, washed and graded from 3mm to 6mm from approved source

Third layer: Bajri screened, washed and graded from 6mm to 20mm from approved source

Fourth layer: Bajri (coarsed) screened, washed and graded from 20mm to 25mm from approved source

Bottom layer: Broken stone screened, washed and graded from 50mm to 75mm from approved source
