Demoliton of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/ walls laid bedded and pointed in any mortor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n'exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level (unreinforced) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor / plinth proctions etc finished surface fair & even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non-skid light colour ceramic tiles 400 mm x 400 mm x 6 to7mm thick as in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1: 6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 6-7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as dados etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick laid over 20 mm thick cement screed bad 1: 6 , laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All same as per item No. 06 above but on vertical surfaces as in dado/ Skirting over 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs gun globe or gate valve for 15 mm bore pipe with iron wheel had screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be coloured with heat mould plain coloured PVC'C channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stills and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail lock and botton rail either side and as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded /sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading. And jointed together with solvent cement suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F solid PVC doors & frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with 19mm MS square tube of 19 guage s&f in opening as per specification & drg in SSR 2004 Part II complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 100 mm size butt hinges (ISI Marked) medium weight cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 150mm long aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- 1. Make of readymix plaster shall be Birla Aerocon/Ultratech readiplast/ACC Accoplast / Fosroc Chemical (India) Pvt Ltd Renderoc and as approved by GE) 2. The readymix plaster shall be procured directly from the manufacturer or their authorised dealer. 3 The contractor shall produced original purchase voucher alongwith test certificate of readymix plaster while claiming RAR/ Final Bill.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surface including racking out joints heacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls , applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete as in 1:11/2:3, type B1 usinig 20mm graded stone aggregate, in bands, copings, bed plates and similar work finished smooth with using necessary steel form work, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggt) as in sub base of floor / plinth proctions etc finished surface fair & even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F providing 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete rubber molded heavy duty interlocking paver block” (yellow and red ) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006,M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment over 30 mm sand coushning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for heavy duty coloured glosy finished chequired cement concrete tiles 30 cmx30 cm x 25 mm thick ,set , jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with gery cement & pigment over 20 mm thick screed in CM (1:6 ) with gery cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Credit Schedule of this Tender.
