Clearing Scrub Jungle without alignment for the widening of the formation of the road cutting of trace up to 30mm girth products the cleaning are to be stocked in such a place as ordered by the departmental officer and the ground shall be left in a perfectly clean condition. All holes of hollows whether original, existing (or) produced by digging of roots shall than be carefully filled up the earth well rammed and leveled of and the entire work completed in all respect as per SI 17 (2).

Earth work excavation and depositing on back with an intial of 10m and lift 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, hard gravelly soil etc., as per SS 20A including laying and spreading in layer etc.complete.

Picking Existing old Bt surface upto 50 to 100cm thick include all cost and conveyance of amterials etc., complete

Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at Optimum moisture content and hire fuel charges for powerroller, watersprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing dangerlights etc. comp

Providing and laying of Prime coat using 7 Kg of Bituminous Emulsion-SS-1 for 10 sqm over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Providing and laying Tack coat over BT using 3 Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Bituminous macadam 50 mm thick using ISS HBG metal of size 26.5 to 2.36mm with 34.04 kgs of VG30 bitumen and 2.96 kgs of plastic wastes for 10 sq.m. including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30T capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 20mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10T vibratory/pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site, hire & fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 46.28 kgs of VG30 bitumen and 4.02 kgs of plastic wastes for 10 sq.m. and heating the aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5.

Providing HM Stone- Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometer stone of standard design as per IRC 8 fixing in position including painting and printing etc., as per technical specification clause 1703

Providing and erecting of Retro - Reflectorised Cautionary , Mandatory and Information signs (with Definition Board ) made out of High intensity Prismatic grade Sheeting Confirming to Type-IV Standard of IRC-67 : 2012 and ASTM D 4956-09 , Specification and fixed over 2 mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back Supporting frame of 25 mm X 25mm X 3mm Mild steel angel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75 mm X 75 mm X 6 mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10 m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60 m below ground level . The sign post should be painted asper IRC 67 -2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm size including cot and conveyance of all materials , Equipment , machinery and labour with all leads and lifts , Loading charges necessary for satifactory completion of the works as directed by the engineer in Charge . High intensity Retro - Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of Retro - Reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67 - 2012 . The retro - Reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warrenty issued for field performance and certified copy of theree years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67 - 2012 (As per MORT & H Specification no .801) - 60 cm Equilaterial Triangle

Road Marking-Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT&H specification No.803

Providing Name board as directed by the Engineer-in-charge - The name board consist of two Part (i) Work details & (ii) Citizen Information. (1)The composite unit of two MS plate of 1.626 mm(16SWG).(2) The top plate 900mmx800mm and bottom plate will be 900mmx750mm size welded over frame of 25x5mm flat iron which will be again welded over two vertical and four horizontal MS flat iron frame of 25mmx5mm size on back and all unit connected to Circular steel section of 75mmdia with 2.642 mm (12 SWG) Thickpost as per drawing and technical specification.(3)The board should be firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete of 600x600x750mm,750 mm below GL.The gap between bottom of top plate and top of bottom plate will be 50mm. (4)The board should be printed over the 5mm thick Foam Board with UV lamination with mat finish. This printed board should be pasted over the MS sheet of the name board using Synthetic Rubber adhesive.

Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering with necessary supports including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Protective works-2:- Construction of Retaining wall @ Ch - 3710 m(LHS)

Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Maintenance Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost
