Providing, laying spreading and compacting by mechanically means stone aggregate size 53mm to 22.4mm (Fifty three millimetre to Twenty two point four millimetre) Grading-III (75mm (Seventy five millimetre) consolidated thickness) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty to Hundred)kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (Eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.18 (Zero point one eight cubic metre) per ten square metre and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD technical specification clause 405 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg. Per Sqm (Zero point eight five kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per MORD technical specification clause 502 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) on the granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.275 kg per sqm. (Zero point two seven five kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per MORD technical specification section 500 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty millimetre) compacted thickness, composed of 13.2mm (Thirteen decimal two millimetre) to 5.6mm (Five decimal six millimetre) aggregate for wearing course including loading of aggregate with front end loader heating binder and aggregate in hot mix plant 30/40 (Thirty/Forty) Tonne per hour capacity transporting mixed material with tipper to site of work and laying with paver finisher to the required grade and camber and rolling with power road roller 8/10 Tonne using 0.27 cum (Zero point two seven cubic metre) of graded stone aggregagte mixed with 14.60 kg (Fourteen point six zero kilogram) of bitumen binder using VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten) per ten square metre of road surface to required line, grade and level but excluding the cost of Tack coat and seal coat inclusive of all corrective, measures such as laying of profile corrective coarse for all depth filling of depression for all depth and construction of super elevation and camber, where required as per MORD technical specifications section 500 by mechanical means including hauling of material labour and equipment required to execute the work at site of work within all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using type-B manual means as per MORD technical specification section 500 using VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten) at the rate of 6.80 kg (Six point eight zero kilogram) premixed with 0.06 (Zero point zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate spread uniformally per 10 sqm(Ten square metre) of road surface, including heated in Hot Mix Plant 30/40 (Thirty/ Forty) tonne and laying of mixed materials and rolling with power road roller 80-100 (Eighty- Hundred) kN static road roller as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material, machinery and equipment required to execute the work to the site of work complete within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
