Operation and maintenance of 100 M3 capacity STP of MPA Hospital at Headland Sada and 10 M3 capacity STP at Cruise Terminal Bldg. at Harbour for a period of 2 years (2026-2028)

Operation & maintenance of Sewage treatment plant (100 m3 capacity) situated near MPA hospital site at Headland and (10 M3 capacity STP) at Cruise Terminal Bldg., Harbour having various process equipment's such as screen chamber, grit chamber, raw sewage sump, O&G trap, SAFF reactor, tube settler, treated sewage sump, various pumps, etc. and running each plant for one shift of 8 hrs. every day by deploying operator at each location including Sundays and holidays as per the process manuals laid down or as directed by the Chief Engineer or his representatives, regular cleaning of grit chamber, removal of choke ups from the various piping outlet, stacking of waste material in dust bin and keeping the area clean, cleaning the raw/ treated sewage tanks quarterly and daily proper pumping of treated water to the surrounding garden, periodic pumping of sludge, etc., operating and regulating various valves, etc. oiling /greasing , addition of chemicals, etc. , so as to obtain the result of treated water within the permissible limits of GSPCB norms. All labour, materials, tools and plants etc complete. (Operators to be deployed: 1 no. at 100 M3 capacity STP, Hospital, Headland and 1 no. at 10 M3 STP, Cruise Terminal Bldg., Harbour every day for 8 hrs. shift).

Carrying out monthly testing and submitting the water sample results of treated sewage water of the Sewage Treatment Plant of following locations through an established recognized accredited laboratory such as GSPCB or any other approved agency including drawing the sample, transporting it to the lab within required time period , ,transportation and labour charges collecting the test results and submitting same to the department in triplicate including paying necessary charges of sample test as applicable etc.. All labour and materials etc. complete

For STP of 10 M3 at Cruise terminal building, Harbour.
