PROVN OF LIGHTNING ARRESTER FACILITY AT CSD DEPOT AT BATHINDA AND REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION INCLUDING WIRING FITTING AND FIXTURES IN BLDG. NO P-51 (ADM BLOCK) UNDER GE (N) BATHINDA AT BATHINDA MIL STN

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable copper / aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket) complete including removal of unserviceable fittings such as switches, switch-sockets, ceiling roses, light fittings etc except concealed conduit and sunken boxes and removing the retrieved materials from site including making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceilings etc to match with the adjoining work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge

Material and labour for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS standards (Red, Black and Green for single-phase circuits) with 1.5 sq mm nominal cross-sectional area single-core PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded FRLSH copper conductor cable, 1100 V grade, drawn through and including 20 mm dia medium-grade rigid non-metallic PVC conduit fixed on surface of wall/ceiling. The point wiring shall include one 1.5 sq mm single-core PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded FRLSH copper conductor cable (green colour) as a continuous earth continuity conductor.The work shall also include modular metal flush box concealed in wall, modular cover plate with frame of matching colour suitable for mounting switches, socket outlets, fan regulators, blanking plates and other accessories, including cutting chases wherever required and making good the disturbed surfaces to match adjoining finishes, for one light point, fan point, call bell point or exhaust fan point controlled by one 5/6 Amp modular switch, complete in all respects as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The quoted unit rate shall be deemed to include the cost of modular metal flush boxes, modular white cover plates, modular frame plates, and fixing the same with cement mortar (1:4). Modular switches, socket outlets and fan regulators shall be measured and paid for separately under the respective items of Schedule 'A' BOQ.

All as per Item No. 2.00 here-in-before, but for one 3/5-pin, 5/6 Amp, 250 Volt flush-type socket outlet mounted on the same switchboard, including socket outlet, flush box, cover plate, terminals, wiring connections, fixing accessories, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No. 2.00 here-in-before, but for one 5-pin, 5/6 Amp, 250 Volt flush-type socket outlet mounted on an independent board (not below the switchboard), including socket outlet, flush mounting box, cover plate, terminals, fixing accessories, wiring connections, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No. 2.00 here-in-before, but for one 6-pin, 6/16 Amp, 2-in-1 socket outlet mounted on an independent board (not below the switchboard), wired with 2.5 sq mm multistranded copper conductor FRLSH insulated cable for phase and neutral connections, including provision of one continuous 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor connected to earth dolly, complete with socket outlet, mounting box, fittings, accessories, connections, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Schedule Item No. 2.00 here-in-before, but for one bell/buzzer point controlled by one push-button switch, wired with 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor cable, including switch box, push-button switch, necessary fittings, accessories, connections, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of modular switch, 6 Amps, 250 Volts, one-way, single module type, including connection, termination, fixing on existing modular flush box/frame, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of modular multipurpose socket outlet, 3/5-pin, 6 Amps, 250 Volts, two-module type, conforming to relevant IS specifications, including connection, termination, fixing on existing modular flush box/frame, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of modular multipurpose socket outlet, 2-in-1, 6-pin, 6/16 Amps, 250 Volts, two-module type, including connection, termination, fixing on existing modular flush box/frame, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of modular switch, one-way, single-module type, rated 16 Amps, 250 Volts, including connection, termination, fixing on existing modular flush box/frame, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
