Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe lines etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick with excavated soils complete all as specified.

Removing the excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as directed.

Taking out U/S CI pipes and Supply and lay M S Pipes 250mm dia heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of sizes as shown all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing medium grade 50mm dia laid in floor/ trenches /walls with all fittings including taking out the existing unserviceable corroded galvanised iron tubing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-1. Excavation & earthwork will be measured and paid seperatly under respective item of schedule. 2. MS clamps , nuts, bolts & washers etc are included in the rates quoted.

M & L for cutting the existing GI raising mains 20mm to 50mm dia including threading for inserting gate valve for controlling independent water tank, provision of short pieces , unions, socket , threading , jointing leak testing etc all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the U/S gate valve and S&F gun metal globe or gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes, Suitable for 50 mm dia pipe all as specified and as directed.

Taking out U/S sluice valve and S&F CI sluice valve, PN-1.6, ISI marked flanged at both ends, and drilled suitable for 300mm dia pipe, including jointing material like 3mm thick rubber gasket, bolts, nut, etc complete all as specified.

All as per ser item No. 12 here-in –before but suitable for 250mm dia pipe.

S & F Non-Return Valve 50mm dia incl taking out the unserviceable and connecting complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for run lead joint in replacement including spun yarn of required quantity for 300 mm dia bore CI pipe joints complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid seperatly under respective item of schedule.

Dismantling the broken/damaged existing valve chambers, M&L construction of valve chamber of internal size 1.00m x 0.9m x 0.9m in depth with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick for foundation with 100 mm offset for all the sides from outer face of walls, walling with brick masonry in CM 1:6, plastering internal surface in CM 1:4, 10 mm thick, 50 mm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), steel cover made out of angle iron 40x40x6mm side frame fixed with split type hold fasts- 4 Nos of FI 40 x 6mm 250 mm long duly embedded in coping & MS cover with 3mm thick MS steel sheet, fitted to angle iron frame with 03 Nos of suitable hinges provided with necessary locking arrangements including preparation and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed steel surface and one coat of coal tar painting on steel surface embedded in side the concrete and two coats of white wash to plastered/concrete surfaces including disposal of rubbish out of premises, complete and as specified and as directed.

M&L Cleaning of UG rain water collecting and disposal Sump of 28 Lakh Ltrs capacity by draining out water by using pump or any equipement,removing the silt /Mud from inside by using chainpully or other equipment,cleaning the internal surfaces of wall / ceiling /floors by using wire brushes,removing silt / sludge complete drying the floors area,applying one coat anti bacterial agent (Bleaching poweder) at internal surfaces for making bactrial free, all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

All as pe item no 28 above but Sump capacity 9 Lakh Ltrs all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F heavy duty flanged water meter of size 250mm complete with all fixing materials including taking out old unserviceable water meter of any type all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel in joints , channel , angle or tee sections as in main and cross beams of Fe 410-W grade steel for ladders for U/G sumps & O/H tanks including cutting , welding ,grinding sharp corners etc all as directed. Note :- The quoted rates are inclusive of unloading , fabrication work at site, reducing to required shape & size ,hoisting , fixing etc including prepration of new untreated surfaces and painting of with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black paint all as required at site

M&L for painting of CI/GI pipe line of any size, preparation of surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing old paint and finally forming the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and painting of two coat of black paint all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the valve chamber from inside and outside off sizes using wire brush , removing the foreign materials / mud accumulated in the valve chamber , cleaning the surface of sluice valve / non-return valve / air valve , applying two coat of white wash for inside & outside cement plaster surfaces , painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint for valves and MS cover plate of exisitng colour all as directed.

Supply and fix ABC type 5 KG Automatic Modular Fire Extinguisher Mono Ammonium Phosphate dry powder type(MAP 50 Based) IS-14609 It consist of brass valve, O ring, glass bulb 57ºC, temperage range -30ºC to +55ºC, hanging height 2mtr, area protection 1.5 - 2 M2 or M3 ,pressure gauge, discharge time 6 to 8 sec, ceiling mounting stand, bullet bolt and 5 year warranty complete all as specified and as directed.
