Cleaning of spillage coal and clearing of Grizzley during unloading of tippers at hoppers of Truck receiving station TRS-1 and 2 of New CHP and other places by mechanical means for a period of 365 days at Dipka Expansion Project.

Amount

Hiring of Tyre mounted Hydraulic excavator of one cum bucket capacity having back-hoe & front loader bucket i.e. JCB 3DX or equivalent alongwith operators, fuel, POL, etc. for Cleaning of spillage coal and clearing of Grizzley during unloading of tippers at hoppers of Truck receiving station by mechanical means for 24 hrs i.e. in all three shifts. Hydraulic excavator is to be made available continously at the working place in all three shifts with two nos. operators including staggered rest, fuel, POL in ready condition for trouble free service. However the anticipated working hours will be 12 hrs per day i.e. about 365 hours per month. (Max. Working Hrs for 365 days = 12*365=4380 Hrs)

Note: (i). The estimated cost is excluding CMPF @ 12% and CMPS @ 7%. These statutory payment as applicable shall be reimbursed to the contractor on production of proof of payment limited to the maximum likely number of workmen to be deployed per day is 02 nos. (ii). All manpower must be VTC trained and must be provided with safety equipment such as safety shoes, fluorescent jackets, helmets, safety belts etc. Providing of these safety equipments will be under the scope of contractor. (iii). The Rate is inclusive of diesel cost, POL, operator wages, Contractor's Profit & other overhead expenses etc. excluding GST, CMPF & Pension. (iv). Hydraulic excavator can also be deployed at any other locations as per instructions of Engineer In-charge. (v). For non-availability of Hydraulic excavator, penalty in hours will be deducted on pro-rata basis.
