Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep in soft / loose soil all as specified including clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brush wood, under growth, roots and trees n. exc. 30cm girth and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metre out of the periphery of the area complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits ,manhole pier hole, laying of cables, pipes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Manual excavation to be done. During excavation if any damage occured to existing cable any type/ water pipe line, it will be contractor responsibilty to get it repair and make functional by providing jointing kit etc without any extra cost. Contractor has to repair it within 24 hrs so that essential service can not be effected due to such damage.If contractor fails to repair it within 24 hrs penalty @ Rs 500/- will be charged to contractor. In this GE decision will be final, conclusive and binding.

M&L for pavings, with mix of fly ash, clinker & stone dust in the proportion of 1:3:6 (ie 10% fly ash, 30% clinker and 60% stone dust ) laying in layers n. exc 10cm thick, watering, ramming and compacted with hand/power roller 8 to 12 tonn roller to required camber and gradient complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for broken stone or boulders hard core gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spred and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in bed concrete for foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M & L for reinforced cement concrete (Design Mix) M-25 (20mm graded stone aggregate) foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns, etc. and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete (Design Mix) M-25 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in columns, pillars, piers, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete (Design Mix) M-25 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.
