SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO. TA-159/0/10, T-822, T-310, T-280, TA-158/09 AND CONSTR OF TOILET BLOCK WITH SOCKAGE PIT AT KARU UNDER AGE BR-I UNDER GE 860 EWS

Dismantling of boarding in wall/ceiling, any description, fixed in any position with nails or screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge

S&F Gl frame work for seamless wall/ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. with necessary fastening GI wire and cleats including 12 mm thick Gypsum board fixed in wall/ceiling with screw as per manufacturer instruction including plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thick and two coats of distempering with Ist quality acrylic distemper ( ready Mixed ) having VOC content less than 50 gms/ ltrs, of approved manufacturer , of required shade and colour complete over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of coloured PVC designer modular wall cladding 5 to 6 mm thick with air gap, installed with necessary fixing GI channel or frame with end joints on edges ( designed colour patterns as per directed by Engr - in- charge). The frame work will be fixed to wall using aluminium screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge .Note : if necassary size of the frame work/ wall paneling will be changed as per site requirement.

M&L for 9mm thick pre-laminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws/nails to timber frame work in wall/ceiling portion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of timber fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

M&L second class hard wood timber scantling plain fillets square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads, sectional area exc. 13 Sq cm n.exc 25 Sq cm secured with nails or brads.complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for 2nd class soft wood fillets sectional area exc 3 and n exc 6 sqcm rectangular or triangular in section but bullnosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge of face, secured with nails or brads, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of 4mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty and glazing pins in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing dismantled tile and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
