S&F in replacement kiosk box for luminaires ,weather proof made out of HDPE/FRP housing fire retardant, non fusing, shock & rust proof, single piece moulded and cover with hinged door, pole mounting type comprising of four pole copper connectors of 16 Amps capacitywith 6 Amp MCB single pole , of minimum size 300x200x105mm, fixed on pole with MS, clamps 30 x 5mm with necessary nuts, washer and incl applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer on steel surface/clamps complete all as directed. S&F in replacement of battery 12 volt lead acid suitable for solar street light having capacity 120 AH including all fitting arrangements all as specified & directed.

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP-31) 9 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole including 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and incl taking down existing old unserviceable poles complete all as specified and directed. (Numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size as directed.) Note :- Excavation incl earth work and PCC foundation will be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5 mtrs wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe/ cables/ poles/fencing posts etc and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for road cutting incl necessary excavation 45 cm wide and 90 cm in depth as in trenches in any type of soils/rock for laying LT UG cable through pipe after laying /through the cable trenches will be filling top with M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm grdaeds stone aggregates from top over 15 cm thick hard good of broken boulders , 63 mm gauge over 15 cm bolders 100 mm dia over filled and rammed earth to make good the disburbed surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanised wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron.Earth wire protected by GI pipe 15 mm bore(medium grade) and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 40 cm x 40cm x 5cm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm C/C with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
