Supply / fixing of Powder Coated Galvanized Steel Fire doors of 120 min. Fire rating and tested in accordance with IS 3614 Part 2 & BS 476 Part 22 as per prototype tested and certified at CBRI Roorkee. Door frames to be Double rebate profile of 100 x 50 mm manufactured from 1.2 mm galvanized steel sheet, profile to have bending radius of 1.4 mm supplied in assembled form ready to install at site. Door Shutter in 46 mm thick manufactured from 0.8 mm galvanized steel sheets on both faces press formed, lock seam jointed at stile edges to form a double skin fully flush shell. Infilled mineral wool insulation material to be provided for structural rigidity & additional reinforcements & sound Insulation, The internal construction of the door should be appropriate for all hardware fixtures as required, vision panel grooves wherever applicable shall be provided as per recommendations with beading and screw. the frame and shutter shall be finished with Pure Polyester Powder Coated 60-80 Micron thickness of approved colour.
