Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, in any description including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering appx 15mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:6) on old brick or concrete surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices in patches matching with existing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces (external surface), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering appx 5mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:3) on any face of ceiling in patches matching with existing, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks (old serviceable bricks obtained from demolition/dismantled item shall be reused ) straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350mmx 250mm / 450mmX 350mm/ 450mmX 300mm, 7mm to 8mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick (Av thickness) bedding layer (rendering) in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition stone/marble slabs of any description or thickness as in floors/ cooking platform/steps etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including removing rubbish material from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for machine cut 18-22 mm thick, Kota stone slab (size of slab not less than 550x550mm) as in flooring, laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing /grinding (mirror finish) and polishing by machine, including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular as per site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut 18-22mm thick, Kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and on pillar, laid over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing /grinding (mirror finish ) and polishing by machine, including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 60 mm thick (M35 grade) precast interlocking tile/paving block factory casted (made by using PVC paver mould / Rubber paver moulds on Vibrating Table Machine) using grey cement and no pigment, shape haxagon / trigular / zigzag / I-shaped etc, as directed, prepolished & preglazed, specification as per relevant IS, having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm, laid over sand upto required thick layer and filling the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - (i) Sand for filling shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only but labour for spreding leveling shall be included in the unit rate of this item)

Supply only Fazilka/Zera (or any other approved sources) fine sand without silt for filling under interlocking tiles and the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Kerb stone/ coping/packing around chequered tiles/interlocking tiles/PCC jalli & similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour 18-20mm thick machine cut, granite duly factory grinding and polished (table rubbed and polished) of approved colour for counter sunk wash basin, plateform/cooking plateform or as directed, including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) (grey cement slurry) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admiture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone slab including cutting as required including cleaning and extra polishing if required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs vitreous China semi pedestal pattern(Anglo Indian type), size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Supply & fixing in repair Plastic water closet seat, any colour, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement one piece (single unit EWC with flush tank) white colour with all fittings including seat cover jet spray etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair vitreous China squatting pan 'Orissa' pattern white of size 580mmx440mm white with integral foot rests and CI 'P' or 'S' trap (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe above floor), including demolation of tile, PCC, taking out mass concrete filling and re filling PCC (1:7:12) type F2 after fixing of WC and trap with proper joints leakproof including PVC flush pipe upto finished floor level, and making good with 30mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 finished rough as a sub base to recieved tile work and including all other connected work as required upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. (NOTE : Tile work with screed and Sunken floor water proofing treatment shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this schedule.)

Supply & fixing in replacement vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back of size 550mm x 400mm, including 32mm chromium plated waste coupling and PVC waste pipe including, supply & fixing of pillar tap, bracket and cutting for and pinning in end of bracket or erecting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement 10 litres capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type low level flushing cistern (white colour) with inlet, ball valve, float, handle including brackets and 32mm dia PVC flush pipe, PVC Connection 450 mm long with PTMT nuts suitable for 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement stainless steel sink made out of 1.00mm thick sheet, overall size 495mm x 420mm with bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm, kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers, waste pipe including bedding in cement mortar, fixing in existing space or fixing with cast iron cantilever brackets and connecting union to waste pipe, including taking down old unserviceable sink complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling/taking down of existing unserviceable PVC water storage tanks capacity exc. 250 litre but not exc. 500 litre complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank white / Black colour of capacity 500 litres (cylindrical vertical, triple layered with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position including making inlet and out let connection and including ball valve and gate valve, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface and newly plaster in patch works on surface of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other mean, washing down with water and applying two coats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered and newly plaster in patch works on surface of ceiling by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down or by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying two Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down existing galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) 15mm bore including fitting/connection from wall/ceiling/floor/concealed etc. including removing from site/keeping aside for reuse (serviceable as good condition as directed) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down existing galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) 20mm bore including fitting/connection from wall/ceiling/floor/concealed etc. including removing from site/keeping aside for reuse (serviceable as good condition as directed) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 20mm bore with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor or concealed in walls including cutting chases in wall (as required) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including cutting and threading of existing pipe any dia for insertaion of tee branch including hole in wall to pass the pipe out side for connection as per site requirment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement 450 mm long PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement bib tap long body cast copper alloy, chromium plated fancy type, with crutch or butterfly handle with capstan head, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in replacement angle cock cast copper alloy, chromium plated fancy type screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends suitable for 15mm bore iron pipe complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of stop valve/stop cock/angle valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply & fixing in replacement pillar tap swan neck type, cast copper alloy with capstan head, chromium plated, fancy type, high pressure with or without letter 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long shank and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of tap shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS

Supply & fixing in replacement pillar tap cast copper alloy with capstan head, chromium plated, fancy type, high pressure with or without letter 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long shank and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of tap shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS

Supply & fixing in replacement chromium plated shower rose 125mm size, with or without swivel joints, any size, including fixing to steel pipe or union complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement brass chromium plated tubular towel rail 20mm dia 'D' type, 600mm long between flanges fixed to plug , bracket with chromium plated brass screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement 20mm bore ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball (polythene float) complete, screwed suitable for 20mm bore iron pipe complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of ball valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames, wooden/PVC doors/steel ventilator) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each and removing from site including cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and removing from site including cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing anodised aluminium door shutter, made out of aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/mtr, powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) including aluminium hardware i.e. necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, suitable size of aluminium handles 2 Nos and aluminium hinges 04 Nos in each leaf (size of handle and hinge as directed), anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc including fixing of glass, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Aluminium chowkhat frame shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply and fixing. (ii) Glass and other filling material in panels shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply and fixing factory made 105 x 60mm pressed steel frames, thickness of sheet 1.25mm for doors with one or more rebates including supply and fixing necessary lugs and lock strike plate, etc. , including fixing butt hinges suitable Nos as directed for each leaf, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : - (i) Butt hinges shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply and fixing factory made 125 x 60mm pressed steel frames, thickness of sheet 1.25mm for doors with one or more rebates including supply and fixing necessary lugs and lock strike plate, etc. , including fixing butt hinges suitable Nos as directed for each leaf, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : - (i) Butt hinges shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply & fixing factory made plain framed panelled shutters (two panels as approved), 35mm thick of 2nd class hard wood with lock rail and panel inserts of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401, including 2nd class soft wood kail beading 20mm wide tapering from 10mm to 5mm on one side and also fitted to chowkhat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : - (i) The sutters shall be brought at site without primer and same shall be applying at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Primer shall be measured paid separately under appropriate item (painting) of BOQ.

Supply & fixing factory made glazed and skeleton shutter, 35mm thick of 2nd class hard wood open rebated (two panels as approved) and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc, without sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. Sizes of members as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8 and fitted to chowkhats, menbers shall be kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : - (i) The sutters shall be brought at site without primer and same shall be applying at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Primer shall be measured paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply and fixed solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixed factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of new wooden or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for preparation of previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of Pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement 32mm spring type PVC waste pipe fixed to WHB & sink etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Minimum length of each pipe should more than 0.70 RM.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to water proofing floor, cleaning the surface by wire brush, rendering to floor and sides with 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- (i) WPC for mixing in cement mortar shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any layers of existing treatment ) from walls / pillars / cornices by scraping down with using steel patti wire/ brush / sand papering or by any other mean, remove / scraping down all loose particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc brooming all dust and washing down with water and after preparing the surface smooth applying two coats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour with using paint brush/roller brush, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any layers of existing treatment ) from walls/pillars/cornices by scraping down with using mechanical sander machine (including provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, brooming and washing down and preparing the surfaces smooth and after that applying chalk whitening, preparatory to distempering and after prepare the surface smooth applying two coats of oil bound distemper (washable) as per approved tint/colour by using paint brush or roller brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces (plastered/unplastered) of ceiling by remove / scraping down all smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc with using broom / steel patti / wire brush / sand papering or by any other mean including applying white cement based putty where required for filling to depressions to make the surface even and smooth upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, and after preparing the surface smooth applying two coat of white wash with paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of asbestos cement /GI (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc sheet in roof covering etc) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws /J hook complete all as specified and as directed.
