M & L for demoliton of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for and demolition procedure like cutting out of full depth of (100 to 450mm) existing damaged/shattered concrete slab with diamond wheel cutter or carbide tipped wheel saw to provide a pressure relief cut within the patch area prior to boundary sawing, in proper rectangular, square or triangular shape perimeter without disturbing adjacent slab, after the repair area is isolated by full - depth saw cuts, making small pieces, lift and removing the deteriorated concrete slab pieces from its position and removing to a distance exc 1.0 Km and not exceeding 5 Km complete all as specified.

M&L for dry lean cement concrete M 20 design mix sub base over a prepared sub grade 40mm aggregate and coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383 size of coarse aggregate and all as specified including scarifying buldged / loose material complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 350mm thick cement concrete work in pavement of flexural strength 45 Kg/Sqcm using minimum 400 Kg of cement/Cum as per design mix including mixing of non circular polyester fibre @ 1Kg/cum all as per design mix laid and finished by using slip form paver, however in narrow width & small turning fillets fixed steel form work of approved size shall be used with prior approval of GE complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (1) Supply of Polyester non-circular fibre as secondary reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (2) All joints shall be measured and paid separately. (3) In the event of increase in cement content as per design mix, nothing extra shall be admissible and quoted rates are deemed to be included for the same. (4) Finishing including brooming shall be carried out strictly as per laid down instructions. (5) Numbering of PQC slabs shall be engraved using brass letters of approved size and thickness.

Providing and laying 50 Micron polythene film (transparent) as per IS-2508 laid over sand layer including all necessary cutting, overlaps not less than 300mm and wastage complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Sand layer shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only non circular synthetic fiber reinforcement all as manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming complete all as specified

M&L for forming dummy/contraction joints100mm deep and 8mm to 10mm wide at spacing not more than 4m c/c in 350mm concrete pavement and sealing the joints with polyurethene based sealant Seal N flex FC (grey colour) over a coat of N49 primer including bond breaker caulked tightly into the base of sealing groove complete all as per manufactures instructions up to 15mm deep and 8mm thick over 12mm dia polythene rod over 70mm depth bituminous filler board after priming the concrete sides with two coats of primer shall be applied with a thin brush by the forward and backward movement before pouring the sealent with primer of same make, complete all as specified.

Note : - (i) Edges of joints shall be rounded up by mechanical means at the time of final cutting. (2) Initial cutting shall be carried out within 24-36 hours of casting. (3) Final cutting, rounding of edges, use and waste of back up rod to avoid deposition of foregion materials in the joint upto final filling of joints shall be carried out after 28 days. (4) Applying marking tape on the edges of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the marking tape after sealant is applied as required.

M&L for forming 20mm wide expansion joints in 350mm thick concrete pavement & filling with 20mm thick premoulded compressible filler board and top 15mm sealing the joints with polyurethane based sealant Seal N flex FC (grey colour) over a coat of N49 primer over a coat of primer of as approved polyurethane based sealant including bond breaker caulked tightly into the base of sealing groove complete all as per manufactures instructions, over 30mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting out existing damaged concrete slab with cutter in proper rectangular, square or triangular shape correction of cracks, Edges, Repair of potholes and undulations Providing and laying of single component self-leveling PU based fast setting elastomeric concrete like ShaliPatch EC / DELPATCH or equivalent as approved by GE, after through mixing with and electrically operated paddle stirrer having setting time of 1 to 1 1/2 hour and yeild of 1800 kg/cum with a prior coat polyurethane based single component fast drying primer like ShaliPrime PUM or equilent applying @ 100ml/Sqm after cutting the damaged area to proper geometrical shape with min depth of 25mm and clearing the surface throughly with air jet.

M & L for making good of cracks, joints, pot hole stuffer in slabs (exposed rigid pavement) of any size and depth by 'CONCRE-FLO' or it's equivalent, Streaming concrete crack stuffer complete all as specified and directed. Note: Material shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge in consultation with user. Contractor shall have no claim whatsover on this account.
