M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire Complete all as specified.

S & F Tubes of 15mm dia, 'light grade',galvanised iron, with all fitting laid in trenches complete all as specified.

S & F 20 mm dia Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. Complete all as specified.

M& L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, galvanised earth lead wire of 4mm dia by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. The other end of GI earth wire is connected to main switch board and protected by light grade GI pipe of 15 mm bore. provision of 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horrizontally to the earth pit. Cement concrete chamber of PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate.The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. 50 mm thick pre cast cover of cement conrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, excavation in soft / loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 mm as directed and shown in Electrical Plate No- 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009)

Supply, fixing connecting and testing energy efficient (BEE 5 Star rated) electric water heater vertical storage type of 25 Ltrs capacity with stainless Steel inner tank, brass assembly, pressure release valve, heating element 1500/2000 W including all other accessories with high quality external finishes single phase with working Voltage 240 volts, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of fixing of geysers including Non return valve/stud/ nuts/fastners, bolts, washers. and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surface is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

M&L Sub main wiring with 4 Sqmm (Nominal area) with two runs (Red for phase and Black for neutral) of single core, PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cables 1100 V grade drawn through PVC conduits and fixed with PVC sadles and cadmium plated steel screws to the surfaces of the wall/ceiling etc including 4 sqmm (nominal area) single core, PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, copper conductor green in colour as earth wire and duly connected to earth point complete as specified and directed. Note: 1. Two runs of single core cable with one run of earth continuty conductor including PVC conduit and accessories shall be measured and paid as one unit. 2. The rate quotes against this item is deemed to be inclusive of making good the distrubed sufaces to match with the existing surfaces.

Supply and fix Single pole and neutral encosure with a two pin and earth plug socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amps capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI Tubes, ' medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor of 15 mm bore dia with clamps & bolts as required complete alll as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing for gun metal, globe or gate valves of 15mm dia, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC connection 15 mm dia with brass nuts of length 450 mm for Hot/ Cold water supply complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 15mm dia Bib tap cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle,fancy type Chromium plated,screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed for connection of hot water supply complete all as specified

M&L cutting existing steel tubing for alteration or additions (each cut measured) and make the connection for geysers by insertion of tee, bend etc. for 15 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed Note: cost of fitting/fixtures for making connection are deemed to be included.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor of capacity 1.5 TR complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2.of capacity including all nessessary fittings/Stand required to fix outer and inner unit, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 130 V to 300 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 4.0 KVA including digital display shows Input & Output Voltage, complete all as specified and directed. Make : V Guard VGB 500 DIGITAL or equivalent of Microtek, Voltas Etc.

Supply and install Motor starter upto 32 Amps, 230 Volts (Havells Cat no-AHCSMXW321 or equivalent) modular type (for AC) Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Modular Socket Out-let 16 Amps, 3 pin combined 2 module including inner modular metal flush Box Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10.0 sq mm 2 core

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for laying of cable, pole foundation, etc including taking out old brick cable protection cover and getting out forming bottom surface to required gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick each layer, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as directed.

Supply and lay bricks of old size sub class 'B' type for protection of U/G cable in trenches all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanized steel tube 40 mm dia light grade for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosures single phase single door flush to wall fitted with bus barand neutral link for MCB (without MCB's) 2 ways SPN complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB, single pole & neutral 240 volts, capacity 40 Amps, 50 Hz, 10 KA complete all as specified.
