Description of Items :

Polyethylene sheet 1.5mm or more thickness should be laid on raw concrete floor. Anti-termite treatment should be done to the concrete floor and wood (including runners) with Anti-termite and Pu and the timber must be kiln seasoned. Sal wood runner (preferably of size 63mm*38mm) must be installed at a distance of 10 inch. The runners must be firmly nailed to the floor. Rubber pad of 19mm thickness must be installed at a distance of 10 inches. These cushion rubber pads must be four conical thermal rubber with reverse cavity. Top flooring must be first class teak wood planks with 22mm thickness with 4 side jointing tongue and grooves system. The top floor must be machine sanded 3 times – i.e. coarse, medium and fine sandpaper. One coat of Deep penetrating oil modified Gym sealer and two coats of Deep penetrating oil modified Gym finish along with game lines ,Sandwiched between the two coats of finish shall be applied. The gap between the wooden flooring and surrounding wall/tile area should not be more then 5-6mm for air circulation. Court layed based on the BWF Standards. the . Providing and fixing of 4.5mm Sand surface Synthetic Mat for PVC badminton flooring with different shades of green/blue color with make Yonex or equalient Anti-slip, UV protected BWF approved mat for long lasting and easy cleaning with thickness mat with shock absorbing back. The mat must be pasted evenly with glue on complete wood work. Line marking as per BWF rules must be available on mat in while color.10 years warranty required to complete the work as per Instructions of Engineer-In-Charge

Chipping/ Roughing of Cement flooring and roofs/skirting/plaster etc laid in cement mortar, without damaging the existing RCC roof including stacking material and disposal of material inside along the Compound wall as per instructions by Engineer-In-Charge

72 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 60 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed Relieance fibre @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture’s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Providing and laying in pattern 2mm thick vinyl flooring roll form of Mipolam & Triplan series of Gerflor or Armstrong or approved quality, make fixed with approved adhesive as per the manufacturers specifications. The adhesive used for laying the vinyl floor shall be as per the written recommendation made by the manufacturer. The vinyl flooring shall be laid having seamless joints with proper joint treatment using matching shade PVC trims with soft welding as per manufacturers specifications and as approved by the Architects. The copy of the Adhesive recommendation, Original warranty Certificate for minimum of 10 years against de-colourisation, de-lamination of vinyl floor, PVC trims and soft welding shall be submitted with the Handing Over Report after the completion of installation at site from the Principal manufacturer. This also includes providing, laying and curing of average 5mm thick self leveling compound of Roffee/ Fosroc or approved equivalent make below the Vinyl flooring for achieving the smooth, hard and absolutely leveled surface to avoid undulations in the top vinyl flooring. Procurement and Installation of the vinyl flooring shall be started, only after Architects written approval on shade, make and methodology statement submitted by the Vendor.
