Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Borrow pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & 300-1 .The size course material in the mix of earth ordinarilyshall not be exceed 75mm.(Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 305). [In case earth is available from Govt. land, compensation for earth i.e. ₹43.00/m3 to be deducted from the Rate.]

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits (land owned/arranged by the Agency with Royalty) with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & 300-1 .The size course material in the mix of earth ordinarily shall not be exceed 75mm.(Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 305). (Cost of compensation for Earth material & its carriage from private land at 5km distance have been included in the rate) [Note: Royalty as appicable will be deducted from Agency's bill if not produce Royalty clearance certificate from the competent authority.]

Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 and Tippers with Disposal upto 1000 metres. Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to theembankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 301).

Construction of Embankment with Material Deposited from Roadway Cutting. Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 & 300-1. The size course material in the mix of earth ordinarily shall not be exceed 75mm.(Reference to MoRT&H'sspecification clause 305). With earth obtained from box cutting . [Note: In case the earth cutting is done by dozer and pushed for filling in the embankment, the input of dozer in the cost of embankment i.e. ₹ 39.63/m3 shall be deducted from the Rate.]

Dismantling of Flexible Pavements. Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 202). By Manual Means. Granular courses.

Water Bound Macadam Sub Base Water Bound Macadam Sub Base by consolidating Jhama metal of specific size in hard crust to requisite thickness (measured after compaction) in layers including screening of metals etc. as necessary, hand packing, sweeping, watering and rolling in stages with power roller to proper line, grade and camber, lighting, guarding & barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side where necessary to protect edges and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling and rolling all complete including the cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machineries and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). For Construction of Sub Base by consolidating Jhama metal (63 mm to 45 mm) with moorum screening : By consolidating jhama metal @1.09 m3 / m3 with moorum screening @ 0.26 m3 / m3 (loose volume). (Payment will be made on the basis of finished compacted volume).
