Dismantling asbestos cement sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within lead of 50 metres etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In Charge.

Dismantling steel work in single sections like Channels, angles, tees and flats including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In Charge.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In Charge.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing (North Light Glass) and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, carrying to site all approved materials and fixing Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position with welding or bolting and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer with preparation of surface etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer with praparation of surface etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing fibre cement reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres roofing North light Curves of 1.0mtr width or nearer along the curve in all colours with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and or G.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washeretc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing fibre cement reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres roofing Barage boards along the curve in all colours with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and or G.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washeretc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In Charge.

Supplying, carrying to site all approved materials, providing fabricating and fixing in position MS rain water gutter made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet with applying chemical resistance lining with FRP coating with 1 mm thick isothelic resin on both sides of the mild steel sheet of 1.1 meter width including welding the joints completely, making holes for inserting pipes and through welding around the pipes, making joints water tight and providing spouts wherever required including bending, turning to provide the shape for water through as per the site condition and connection to the supporting frame work. Saety nets of required size based on site condition are to be provided during execution of the work etc all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wind ties of 40x 6 mm flat iron section with necessary bolts, nuts and washers etc. for fixing Asbestos / G.S. sheets, gutters etc. with purlins etc all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, carrying to site all approved materials, providing and fixing 150 mm G. I. pipe Medium duty (Class B) Pipes complete with G.I. fittings including allied civil works for smooth flow of rain water from the gutter and proper jointing of gutter & pipe line near the junction areas with welding so as to make the area leak proof. The work also includes provision of necessary bends as per site requirement or the same can be fabricated with the same materials including cutting, welding to shape and fixing etc all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/ structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Demolishing cement concrete nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and carrying to site all approved materials , providing and constructing Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 5, average compressive strength 50 Kg/cm2 in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) of required thickness for walls or any other places in all heights with straight or curved with erection of safe / rigid scaffolding and curing etc. all complete as per standard specification and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sourcesexcluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In Charge.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) on steel surface of required colour to give an even shade at all locations prepared and applied as per approved brand and manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, carrying to site all approved materials, providing and fixing 2 mm thick light self embossed transparent / translucent, both side UV protected, compact, profile poly carbonate sheets confirming to IS 14443 / ASTM standards from reputed manufacturers such as GE plastic / SABIC (Lexan) / VMI Plastic Pvt. Ltd. (Sunlite) / Tuflite / Galina India / MAKROLON or equivalent make in required length and matching with roof profile as per the site requirement & direction of EIC. The sheet shall be made out of finest Polycarbonate Sheets, transmission between 50-92%. The rates are inclusive of of material, labour, cutting / wastages etc. The sheet shall be fixed with self drilling, self tapping screws which shall be of required size as per site condition and the screws shall be fixed at suitable intervals as per standards procedure and direction of EIC. The contractor has to provide screw caps suiting to matching the colour of the sheet to avoid corrosion due to weather action and to give asthetic look. The make of screws shall be from HILTI, CORROSHILD & BUILDEX. The work shall be carried out at all height with all safety & precautions etc. Satefty net of required sizes are to be provided under the roofing system during execution of work. The suitable lap to be provided as per standard practice and joints to be sealed by using proper sealant. The sheet shall be measured flat without any allowances for laps and corrugations etc all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) with preparation of surface etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In Charge.
