SCHEDULE 'A' B/R Works

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in first floor, ground floor, sunken portion and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above floor level of any description and in any position including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel work as running rails and guides for sliding doors (hanger sliding door panel approx 7.7 Metre height using rolled mild steel joist, channel, angle or tee sections, in cooler stands conforming to Fe 410 W Gde E-250 quality 'A' fixed independently without connecting plates etc., (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of length indicated) bending and welding etc., including cutting and made to shape as per original at site and including drilling, bolting or riviting and welding work etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The hanger door shall be repaired by specialised firms of pre Enginnered building who have experience of minimum 5 years in the field.

Material and labour for PCC ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for pavement quality concrete (PQC) (RMC, RMC plant approved by GE) with minimum flexual strength of 45 Kg per Sqm with cement contents 400 Kg per Cum or as per design mix whichever is higher using non circular synthetic fibre @ 0.25% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel rolling device suitable for heavy weight (approx 2000 Kg each) sliding gate including pully, ball bearing, wheel, cantilever wheel etc., doors to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks or hinges or steel hanging door fitting, fastening fixing, locking arrangements and other fittings as directed for smooth functioning of sliding gate to sliding system upper and ground rails, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Srl Item No. 6 above but erection and refixing the sliding gate dismentled in Srl Item No. 2 of BoQ (Approx 2000 Kg weight of each panel) , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick, any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge (including cutting and bent to shape), roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 2mm thick fibre glass reinforce transulcent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames, wooden/PVC doors/steel ventilator) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each and removing from site including cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and removing from site including cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing powder coated aluminium frame, made out of aluminium section / aluminium chanel, powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron), for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebate including jointing cleat for fixing etc. including taking down old unserviceable frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Weight of aluminium section/aluminium channel shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by Accepting officer and payment shall be made only after the actual weight at site.

Supply & fixing powder coated anodised aluminium door shutter, made out of aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/mtr, powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) including aluminium hardware i.e. necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, suitable size of aluminium handles 2 Nos and aluminium hinges 04 Nos in each leaf (size of handle and hinge as directed), anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Aluminium chowkhat frame shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply and fixing. (ii) Glass and other filling material in panels shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply & fixing anodised aluminium window/ventilator shutter side hung type without sash bars, made out of aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/mtr, powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 No. for ventilator and 3 Nos for window each shutter) suitable handle (1 No.), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Aluminium chowkhat frame shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply and fixing. (ii) Glass and other filling material in panels shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply & fixing powder coated aluminium grill of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to window frame with stainless steel screws complete as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tack or stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge

Supply & fixing and cutting as per size requirement 5mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality in squares/retangular not exceeding 0.5Sqm in each pane and fixed in any type of doors / windows / ventilators (openable/fixed type) with fixing material complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets fixed in any position with nails fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size of grid 605 x605mm for false ceiling including necessary notching and prepared holes, the snap grid shall consist of anodised aluminium main tee of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.24 Kg/RM, cross and Intermediate tee of size 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.191 Kg/RM. The main and cross tee shall be jointed at junction with steel screws or MS bolts, nuts and washers, the snap grid (main / cross tee sections) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with anodised aluminium angle of size 35mm x25mmx 2mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM fixed to wall with suitable arrangement and duly suspended with 4mm GI wire hangers (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long including providing 12mm thick gypsum board in grid fixed in false ceiling grid made of aluminium as per above specifications complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only)

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on any face of ceiling, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for welded steel wire fabric not exceeding 4 Kg per Sqm in weight, complete fixed to wood or iron members as in hanger bird proofing net over 10 metre height, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for hexagonal wire netting (chicken wire mesh) in repair 10mm apprature and 0.63mm dia welded/fixing to steel or wooden members as in hanger bird proofing net over 10 metre height, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on any face of wall, pillars, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded aggregated as in laid to slope as directed over RCC roofs, mass concrete as pedding, DPC, coping, side kerb, haunching and like etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying bituminious primer on plastered surface at the rate of 400ml per Sqm of roof surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing minimum 3 mm thick APP based polymeric waterproofing membrane (minimum weighing 3kg/Sqm), reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm), laid on primed surface by forced application, torching with overlaps as recommended by the manufaturer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- (i) The work to be carried out by authorised applicators of material manufacture. Name of applicator shall be approved by GE on recommendation of AGE

Material and labour for applying one coat of aluminium paint over APP based waterproofing membrane, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Dr Fixit/Fosroc/BASF/STP

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (light shade) 10 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (light shade) 10 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in skirting, dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down existing galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) 15mm bore including fitting/connection from wall/ceiling/floor/concealed etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down existing galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) 20mm bore including fitting/connection from wall/ceiling/floor/concealed etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 15mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor or concealed in walls including cutting chases in wall (as directed ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 20mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor or concealed in walls including cutting chases in wall (as directed) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing in repair vitreous China squatting pan 'Orissa' pattern white of size 580mmx440mm with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe above floor and trap), including demolation of tile, PCC, taking out old WC, taking out lime concrete filling and after fixing new WC re filling lime concrete (1 lime, 2 sand or surkhi and 5 aggretate), min. 150mm thick all round and finished just below level of rim of pan to receive the floor finishing, including fixing PVC flush pipe upto finished floor level, joints of flush pipe and trap make leakproof and testing before filling concrete and including all other connected work as required upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. (NOTE : Tile work with screed shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Supply & fixing in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern, EWC) white clour (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to drain and to flushing pipe anti syphonage etc., including plastic water closet seat with cover (white clour) closed pattern with flat bottom and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device including stainless steel chromium plated jet spray with 01 mtr long PVC pipe with CP connector and necessary nut bolts and with necessary CP screws and plug for fixing WC complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing in repair plastic water closet seat cover (white colour) closed pattern with flat bottom/recessed bottom and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing in repair 10 litres capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type low level flushing cistern white with inlet, ball valve, float, handle including brackets and 32mm dia PVC flush pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair, hand shower (health faucet) ABS body including 1.5 meter long 8mm dia flexible tube and including wall hook including taking down old any type shower complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- Cat Part ALD-CHR-593N of Jaquar or equivalent (Equivalency approved by GE) in make mentioned in Appx A to PSS-II

Supply & fixing PVC (SWR) floor trap suitable for 100/110mm bore pipe, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing 5mm thick mirror mounted on 6mm thick commercial ply and fixed to wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screws and cup washers, including PVC frame alround made of PVC channel, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair, 450 mm long PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in repair, bib tap cast copper alloy, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle with capstan head, wall flange,fancy type, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply & fixing in repair, concealed stop cock cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type, long shank and cup, screwed both ends suitable for 15mm bore iron pipe complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of stop valve/stop cock shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply & fixing in repair, brass chromium plated tubular towel rail 20mm dia 'D' type, 600mm long between flanges fixed to plug , bracket with chromium plated brass screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back of size 550mm x 400mm, including 32mm chromium plated waste coupling and PVC waste pipe including bracket and cutting for and pinning in end of bracket or erecting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Pillar tap if required in replacement, shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.)

Supply & fixing in repair vitreous china wash hand basin oval type under counter, white colour, of size 595mm x 420mm x 200mm excluding taps, but including fancy type 32mm waste coupling and waste pipe, fixing/counter sunked in granite slab, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Granite slab shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Material and labour 18-20mm thick machine cut, granite duly factory grinding and polished (table rubbed and polished) of approved colour for counter sunk wash basin, plateform/cooking plateform or as directed, including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) (grey cement slurry) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admiture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone slab including cutting as required including cleaning and extra polishing if required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair pillar tap cast copper alloy with capstan head, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shank and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of tap shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS

Supply & fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank white colour of capacity 500 litres (cylindrical vertical, triple layered with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position including making inlet and out let connection and including dismantling/taking down of existing unserviceable PVC water storage tanks of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Float valve and gate valve shall be measured & paid separately as under appropriate item of BOQ.)

Supply and fixing in repair ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball (polythene float) complete, screwed suitable for 20mm bore iron pipe complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of ball valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in repair gun metal, globe or gate valve (ISI marked), brass cast copper alloy, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for 25mm bore iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of gate valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous china urinal, half stall type, white, including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar (1:2), securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, 32 mm dia full threaded PTMT waste coupling and 32mm dia waste pipe and pointing around urinal back in cement mortar, including taking down old urinal with fittings complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling cast iron drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar of any description any dia from wall and taking out from trenches including all fittings (bend, trap, cowl, branch piece etc) and removing from the site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 100 mm bore cast iron soil waste and vent pipe (sand cast pipe ) in any length with or without ears, laid in trenches or in floor/fixed to walls, jointing with cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material & Labour for 75 mm bore cast iron soil waste and vent pipe (sand cast pipe ) in any length with or without ears, laid in trenches or in floor/fixed to walls, jointing with cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing Cast iron floor trap 100mm bore, with CP grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints for drain or rain water fixed along walls with stack clamps made out of FI 50x5mm and 16mm dia round iron stay (interval of 1m) including nut bolt and PCC work, including dismantling/taking down old pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing PVC (SWR) bends (any radius) suitable for 110mm bore pipe fixed to walls or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium handle fabricated type 150mm long complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section, 150mm long complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing 100mm long powder coated Aluminium butt hinges medium weight, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls etc., by scraping, sand papering or by using mechanical sander and preparing plastered surfaces and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (weather coat) of approved tint on walls over two coat of wall care putty by using roller/spray machine, complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for one coats of white washing on ceiling of old surfaces including complete removal of existing treatment, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing 60 mm thick (M35 grade) precast interlocking tile/paving block factory casted (made by using PVC paver mould / Rubber paver moulds on Vibrating Table Machine) using grey cement and no pigment, shape haxagon / trigular / zigzag / I-shaped etc, as directed, prepolished & preglazed, specification as per relevant IS, having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm, laid over sand upto required thick layer and filling the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
