Taking down fan, ceiling cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and hanging ceiling fan complete after repair including fixing of blades and making electric connection complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The contractor will deploy one electrician and one helper from monday to saturday (0900 AM to 05 PM), who will collect complaints from I/C complaint cell D-II zone. (ii) The contractor will provide self supporting ladder for taking down and hanging of ceiling fans. (iii) If these persons found absent from duty Rs 500/- per person will be recovered from the contractor.

M&L for servicing of ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm sweep of any type and make including taking down from site, cleaning, greasing, oiling of bush and bearings, replacement of set of split pins (02 Nos) and re-fixing / hanging at same position of the existing site after servicing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out of burnt winding by cutting, cleaning slots and re-winding of ceiling fan motor of 1200/1400mm sweep of any make with super enameled copper winding wire of existing guage, varnishing with 'E' class insulation varnish, threading including necessary laith work and connecting with appropriate size copper conductor cable upto connector block, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (a) Doctor brand or equivalent ISI brand varnish shall only be used. (b) Motor shall be wound with machine only. (c) BIC/HTP or DEVIYAL make super enameled copper winding wire shall only be used. (d) The weight of copper winding wire shall be 200 to 300 gram per Fan.
