Dewatering the existing 20,000 ltr capacity, semi underground water supply sump by pumping and manual labour with necessary T&P and cleaning the same by way of taking out all scaling/silt/dirt deposition there in completely from bottom and side walls surfaces and from mouth of circulating pipes of UG sump, necessary brooming and brushing and marking the date of cleaning the sump periodically at the interval of 3 months including disinfectant using the bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Testing of drinking water by sample taken from any of the RO water delivering point of DGQA complex, badarpur from authorised testing laboratory registered with the NABL Deptt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for servicing of RO system complete by checking all the parts of the plant including cleaning of RO membrane of 1000 LPH capacity and RO plant capacity 6000 LPH with the help of injecting RO membrane cleaning chemical of technical grade and of approved quality and cleaning should be performed to remove biological or organic foulants and membrane cleaning will be done individually complete making the system trouble free and entire satisfaction to the Engr-in-charge. Note: RO membrane cleaning chemicals as per NABL approved for removal of collodial deposits on RO membrane of qty 20 litres per servicing is deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (Dehydration plant shall be brought at site by the Contractor) and shall also include the following provisions :- a) Testing of transformer /servo voltage stabilizer oil before & after dehydration shall be carried out as directed. b) The Unit of Payment under this item shall be paid per litre of oil meant for all processes to the entire completion of jobs.

Supply and filling transformer oil for topping up or replacement in different existing transformers outdoor/indoors type of any capacity located and installed at different places and different height complete all as specified. Note : - Transformer Oil :- The entire quantity of transformer oil shall be procured in one lot. The complete material shall be brought at site and then as per requirement oil should be shifted to site. The Purchase Vouchers of transformer oil will be verified by AGE personally and certificate for the supply of genuine transformer oil shall be kept on record.
