Supply, erection and commissioning of 20Cs. Axial flow VT Pump of 970 RPM having static lift 24ft with Siphon bend & siphon breaker valve with epoxy coating, incl. welding, etc. complete in all respect as per site requirement and compatible with existing delivery pipe as per approved specification of the deptt. at Pump House JC-4.

Providing and fixing of foundation for 20cs VT Pump by making required size/length at site from ISMB of size (HXB) 300x140mm, approx 3700mm length, 02nos. (make:- TATA/Jindal/SAIL/Vizag). One end for this ISMB section shall be grouted into the wall by making arrangement of PCC block of suitable size as per the weight of the pump, while other end should be welded/bolted to the existing ISMB section with the help of L-bracket and nut, bolts & washers, including material and labour for applying primer and two coat of epoxy paint on the complete foundation and labour charges for taking out old rusted foundation (P-1,P-2) at JC-4.

The color shade shall be RAL 7031, suitable for existing 50Cs pump complete in all respect & as per approved specification of deptt. (as per Annexure-B) (04nos. at Pump House JC-4, 05nos. at P.H. JC-5, 02 nos. at P.H. JC-6 & 03 nos. at P.H. JC-7).

Supply, erection and commissioning of Solid shaft induction Motor 225HP squirrel cage LT 3 phase 415V for continuous duty, vertical flange mounted, 6 pole, 980 rpm, TEFC Motor of IE 2 as per IS 12615. The color shade shall be RAL 7031, suitable for existing 60Cs pump complete in all respect & as per approved specification of deptt. (as per Annexure-B) at Pump House Recharge Chanel Km 4.964.

Supply, erection and commissioning of Fully Automatic ATS Starter 250HP with a MCCB of 630amp, 415 V, 50 Hz with air breaker power contactors of 700A/400A/265A with meter, relays, indicators complete in all respect, with degree of protection IP 54 including connection and small item like thimble, Nut Bolts Lugs etc. with a stand of MS Angle (50x50x6mm) of 1 feet height from floor level and with allied accessories as per approved make and specification of deptt. (as per Annexure-C). (03 nos. for JC-3, 01 no. for JC-5, 02 nos. at JC-6 & 03 nos. at JC-7).

Supply and laying of 400 mm2 LT cable 3.5 core Aluminum Conductor, XLPE insulated, Armored cable from LT Panel to Starter Panel with thimbles and with dismantling of old cables from duct at P.H. JC-4, JC-5, JC-6 & JC-7 (700mtr for JC-4, 650mtr for JC-5, 200 mtr for JC-6, 140 mtr for JC-7).

Supply and laying of 1000 mm2 LT cable single core Aluminum Conductor, XLPE insulated, Armored cable (from Transformer to Motor Control Centre) with thimbles at both ends at Pump House JC-7.

Supply and laying of 240 mm2 LT cable 3.5 core Aluminum Conductor, XLPE insulated, Armored cable from main MCC 2000A to MCC 630A with thimbles and with dismantling of old cables from duct at P.H. JC-4 Raliawas Disty and P.H. JC-5 Bolni Disty (130mtr for Raliawas & 120mtr for Bolni Disty).

Supply and laying of 95 mm2 LT cable 3 core Aluminum Conductor, XLPE insulated, Armored cable from MCC 630A to motors with thimbles and with dismantling of old cables from duct at P.H. JC-4 Raliawas Disty and P.H. JC-5 Bolni Disty (40mtr for Raliawas & 40mtr for Bolni Disty).

Fabrication and fixing of cable tray on wall by using Main Angle (size 50x50x5mm) with cross Flat size (50x5mm) and inclined support Angle (size 50x50x6mm) after 10 ft. Length, as per site requirement at P.H. JC-4 & JC-5.

Providing and fixing of Chemical earthing by digging diameter 200mm bore, complete with GI electrode with GI strip of suitable length of 400ft. with proper specification and proper wiring with all allied accessories and coke & salt etc along with name plate complete as per site requirement at P.H. JC-4, JC-5, JC-6, JC-7, PD-1 and Recharge Channel Km 4.964. (02 nos. for MCC/LTDB panels and motors in the each Pump House JC-4, JC-5 & JC-6; 01 nos. for LTDB panels and motors in the each Pump House JC-7, PD-1 & 01 no. for MCC and motors in the Pump House Recharge Channel Km 4.964).

Providing and fixing of Lightening Arrester with lightening striking counter within protection radius of 100 mtr alongwith its earthing as per site requirement at each Pump House JC-4, JC-5, JC-6, JC-7, PD-1 and Recharge Channel Km 4.964.

The above rates are inclusive of all kind of taxes including GST and other expences like F.O.R. destination and inclusive of all incidental charges, enroute & at destination. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. Terms & Conditions as mentioned in Bid document in Price Schedule.
