Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of 1.0 mm thickness (avg.) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed)having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre of approved brand and manufacture to given an even shade on new work, two or more coats on new work including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work. (Make Asian/Nerolac/Berger)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out old putty Float glass panes of thickness 5.0 mm (weight not less than 12.5 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws including panelling with 12mm thick marine plywood conforming to IS:710. Second class deodar wood 35mm thick including applying a coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac/Berger).

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.in all shades (Make Kajaria/Somany/Rak/Nitco)

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. With ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws including applying a coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac/Berger).
