Note for item No 1 & 2:- The rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to be included in the unit rate of the following:- (a) Pump Set of appropriate capacity with operators including necessary connections required at site including PVC heavy duty flexible hose pipe for suction and delivery purposes. (b) Lorry/Tractor mounted septic storage tank of appropriate capacity not less than 3 KL should be used for disposing off the same to the location where approved by the FMDA/MCF (c ) Necessary Oxygen Mask, Gloves, Gum Boot and all other safety aspects to be observed including necessary Phawda, Steel Bucket, Manila rope etc. required at site and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The cleaning should be done in every three months through machinary equipments.

M&L for cleaning of STP of capacity 200 KLD treated water tank with chemical contact tank of STP by removing of all deposited sludge, scale or other unwanted materials from the tank by any means and removing the same to out site MOD land and after cleaning, washing and scraping the wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item No 3 to 5 : The rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to be included in the unit rate of the following:- (a) Pump Set of appropriate capacity with operators including necessary connections required at site including PVC heavy duty flexible hose pipe for suction and delivery purposes. Supply & loading MBBR Bio media made of UPVC, and corrugated shape having surface area in MBBR complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing Cast Iron butterfly valve 25 mm bore, stainless steel disc, gear mountable as per IS 13095 class PN 1.6 complete with nuts, bolts, washer and rubber gasket including taking out old unserviceable butterfly valve complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge make- Zoloto/ L&T/ ADVANCE/ NVR.

Carrying sample for testing of treated water of STP and submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engineer-in-charge. Details are as under:- (a) carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 3025 & IS 1622 mandatory for chemical, colour, odour, PH value, TSS, BOD, COD, Total residual chlorine, total Nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease, Ammonical nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total coliform organism per 100ml (MPN) and Ecoli in 100ml (b) Treated sewage water shall conform to the following characterstics:- (i) TSS : < 10 mg/litre (ii) BOD : < 10 mg/ litre (iii) COD: < 150 mg/litre (iv) Ph: 6.5 -8.5 (v) Total coliform: < 100 MPN/100 ml (desired nil) (vi) Resudual CI> 1 mg/litre Rest of the characterstic of the treated water shall be as per IS 3025 & IS 1622. Note:- Rate quoted shall also deemed to be included for:- (i) Cost of testing & sterilized bottle as required. (ii) To and fro Transportation charges for collection of samples.

Supply only Sodium Hypochlorite having 10% chlorine content complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only poly Electrolyte 100% Purity complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for overhauling of air compressor coupled with blower motor 10 HP capacity installed at sewage treatment plant including necessary arrangement to transporting to workshop for re-grinding of shaft, oiling, greasing etc and necessary replacement of wornout bolts, nuts, washers, silencer, belt drivers, pressure guage, air-filter, bearings, shaft, rings etc. including re-assembling the compresser with blower motor, commissioning and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge .

Supply only compressor oil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in- charge .

Disconnectiong existing defective electric motor of any make of capacity 3 to 5 HP from electric mains by isolating the naked connections, removing from foundation by unscrewing the nuts, bolts etc, dis-couple from pump, opening of motor for inspection in presence of Engr-in-Charge & carry out minor repairs at site re-assembling the motor after repair, refixing in position re-connecting the same as prior to removing from foundation including replacement of nuts, bolts, washers if necessiates of suitable size, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable/burnt copper winding of motors capacity 3 to 5 HP and material and labour for rewinding of electric motor with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge as per existing including cleaning of rotor slots, all winding/insulation material, varnishing etc. complete and testing at site on full load after reinstallation to the full satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- (a) Defective motor taken out from ser item No. 30 above. (b) Replacement of minor parts shall be deemed to be included in this unit rate. (c) In case of major repairs not possible at site, the motor shall be shifted to authorised workshop and cost of shifting to workshop and back to site shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate.

M&L for replacement of ball bearing of the electric motor upto 5 HP 3 phase / single phase complete all as specified and as directed. Make: SKF/TATA/NBC.

M&L for replacement of MS Shaft of the electric motor upto 5 HP motor 440 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- (a) Defective motor shall be taken out from item No. 34.00 above (b) Replacement of minor parts shall be deemed to be included in this unit rate. (c) In case of major repairs not possible at site, the motor shall be shifted to authorised workshop and cost of shifting to workshop and back to site shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate.

M&L for replacement of MS Shaft of the electric motor 10 to 15 HP 440 Volts complete all specified and as directed.

Taking out /lifting defective pump set of any type, (Raw sewage pumpets) of capacity upto 12.5 HP by unscrewing the foundation bolts, disconnecting from water connection, and disconnecting from electric motor, opening for inspection in presence of Eng-in-Charge and carry out minor repair at site, in case major repair/replacement of parts not possible at site, the pump shall be shifted to authorised workshop on his own cost, and re-fixing, reconnecting in position, testing and commissioning complete including replacement of nuts, bolts and washers complete all specified and as directed. Note:- Replcement of defective part shall be deemed to be included in unit rate except for rewinding.

Taking out old unserviceable/burnt copper winding of motors capacity upto 12.5HP and material and labour for rewinding of electric motor of capacity upto 12.5HP, 3 Phase with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge as per existing including cleaning of rotor slots, all winding/insulation material, varnishing etc. complete and testing at site on full load after reinstallation to the full satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Defective motor shall be taken out from item No. 38.00 above.

Material & Labour for painting to exposed Filter media tank (ACF and DMF) at old STP installation with two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting as per specified colour code after cleaning and scraping out old paint including writing/marking complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting, electrically, isolating the existing unserviceable MCCB FP of any make and capacity and Supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning MCCB FP 250 Amp, 440 volts fixed in existinig panel including necessary modification for new MCCB FP, 250 amp capacity breaking capacity upto 36 kA conforming to relevant IS or as per the existing specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Complete all as per ser item No 40.00 here-in-before but 125 Amps with breaking capacity 16 kA complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Complete all as per ser item No 40.00 here-in-before but 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16 kA complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for lifting, cleaning and refixing of square or rectangular air grids for aeration in sludge holding tank, Equilization tank, MBBR Tank I and II to ensure fine bubbles dispersion with PVC/SS pipes of size 50mm dia, inter connected with necessary flange complete all as required at site and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for painting by spray machine to existing LT panels installed at STP installations with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved color on exposed surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for painting by spray machine to existing centrifugal motor & pumping set complete including base frame with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved color/existing color for 3 to 5 HP capacity complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for painting by spary machine to existing blower and coupled induction motor of upto 15 HP capacity complete including base frame with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved color/existing color complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for painting by spray machine to exposed CI/GI/MS pipe lines with two coats of synthetic enamal paint including sluice valves, fittings and NRVs at STP/ Water STP installations as per existing/approved color code after cleaning and scrapping out old paint complete all as required at site and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of 01 No. electrically operated ThyssenKrupp Elevator (INDIA) make passenger lifts of capacity 884 Kgs carrying 13 passengers in S+4, (total 5 landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device complete with ARD facility installed at Ahuja block at 56 ASP AF Stn Faridabad to be maintained as described here-in after in reliable, safe and efficient operating condition by regularly examine lubricating and adjust the mechanical and electrical driving equipment governor, sleeve shaft assembly bearing / contacts & governor jaws, car & hall mechanical buttons, car & hall position indicators, car direction indicators and all other car and landing signal fixtures, deflectors, car and counter weight guide rails and buffers, equipment and carry out planned maintenance in a systematic and controlled manner using techniques and expertise consultancy including replacement of minor spares parts such as wire, lug, lubricant, landing wheel, nut and bolts, welding, rubber bushes, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as detailed below:-

Note :- (i) The contractor shall have to replace the unserviceable materials with OEM materials only. (ii) Contractor is responsible for renewal of Insurance of operator/Mechanic/Helper for which rate is included In the unit rate. In any accident occur of any indl like Operator/ Mechanisc/ Helper/ Users during operation time of lift, contractor is liable to pay compensation to the indl as decided by the competent authority. (iii) Load Testing for Lifts to be carried once in a year through chartered Engineer and necessary test report shall be submitted. The entire work mentioned in this Sch 'A' Item including comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of lift/elevators shall be executed through OEM i.e. M/S ThyssenKrupp Elevator (INDIA) only or through the authorized service representative of the company (subject to production of valid authorization document) The contractor shall submit MOU with OEM in this regard.

Following repairs are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor under comprehensive maintenance (a) CAR CABIN (i) Repairs/replacement of acrylic roof cover. (ii) Contractor is responsible for maintaining the car cabin neat and clean. Necessary cleaning to car cabin shall be done by the contractor on daily basis. (b) CONTROLLER (i) Checking fuses of controller and mains, replace if any found defective. (ii) Checking the conditon of brake coil and replacement if required. (iii) Checking flexible leads to relays to make them serviceable. (c) AC Motor (I) Lubricate bearings with suitable lubricants. (ii) Clean ventilation passages on weekly basis. (iii) Carryout the insulation test and continuity test of motor on quarterly basis and make them in satisfactory condition. (iv) Checking the alignment of motor shaft and realigment of shaft.

(d) Governor (I) Lubricate bearing on weekly basis with suitable lubricants. (ii) Checking that the levers work smoothly. (iii)Checking that electrical contact opens before rope get locked. (e) Ropes (I) Checking the condition of hoist and governor ropes (ii) Lubricate rope in case of non self lubricating ropes on weekly basis. (iii) Checking the dia of rope and record in maintenance book on quarterly basis for its proper functioning. (f) Hoist Way (I) Lubricate guides and guide shoes on weekly basis with suitbale lubricants. (ii) Checking that the bufffers are in proper, position measurement and record counter weight buffer cleans with car at the top. (iii) Checking the rope fastening at the car and counter weight. (iv)Checking guide clamps and adjusted. (v) Checking to upper and lower limit switches for proper connection after physical inspection get the lift to over travel by holding from the controller and see that the switches operate properly. (vi) Checking condition of travelling cables and termination at junction boxes

(g) Machine Room (I) Checking and adjusting of overload relay and phase failure relay (ii) Checking power wiring termination in switch motor controller and power switching relays. (iii) Checking/ lubrication of all equipment on weekly basis (iv) Cleaning the machine room on daily basis (v) Cleaning the relay contacts, replacement of contact (h) Gear Box (I) Inspect for stray noises . (ii) Checking axial play of work shaft . (iii) Lubricate bearing and top up oil in gear box when its required. (j) Brakes (I) Cleaning of oil surface and trace source of oil leakage and rectify the leakage problems. (ii) Adjust clearance between shoes and drum on monthly basis.

(k) Retiring Car and Locks (I) Checking operation of car and lock from the top at each landing checking that retiring car solenoid is not getting a over heated and that movement of car is smooth. (ii) Checking that all locks are functioning properly, mechanically and electrically after opening the covers, checking all set screws and springs and replace if necessary. The lever should lock the brake properly. (iii) Checking that the retiring car does not touch the lock roller at the landing which is being passed. (iv) Checking the door closer safety, clean and adjust if necessary . (v) Checking the car gear switch operates properly . (vi) Lubricate top track and door motor and linkage. (vii) Checking the landing door and can be operated by emergency keys. (viii) Repair/replacement of retiring car solenoid locks doors closer safety switch.

(l) General (I) Checking the car frame for bends or cracks and correct if required. (ii) Checking and carrying out insulation resistance test half yearly basis for the follwing :- (a) All power circuit cables and incoming cables. (b) Switch and feed controller (c) Between different power relays. (d) Power card in the traveling cables (e) Motor (iii) Checking operation of the car over speed safety gear by moving the levers manually landing so that the safety locks up properly. (iv) Checking that sheaves are tight on the shaft also checking with hammer sounding for cracks, check sheave bearing clean and re-lubricate. Adjust for proper axial play. (v) Unload car (s) checking the worn gear lash and adjust by removal of sheaves as required. (vi) Checking of motor bearing, clean and lubricant (vii) Checking that the gear coupling belts are tight (viii) Checking oil seals of gear box and fill fresh oil (ix) Contractor is responsible for maintenance of lift well/pit /shaft/machine room in dry and clean condition at all times. Any entry of water needs to be pumped immediately and rates quoted is inclusive of necessary pumping arrangement.A pump should be kept in store at all time to meet the emergency. No extra payment will be done in this account. Failing Rs 10000/- recovered as penality per failure due to above reason (x) Remove brake shoes clean and refit or replace brake linings inspect pins springs clean and reassemble. Checking that brake drum is not scored or worn unevenly.

(m) The following cmponent Replacement are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor under comprehensive maintenance against item Srl No 54 : (i) Contractor is responsible for repair/replacement of following coponents :- Motors, generators, ropes, invertor systems, controller parts to be incusive of printed circuit boards, Sub componens inclusive of belts, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chocks brake shoes, liners, contacts, contactors, relays, push bottons, firemen switches, door operator WVF drive, car door safety device limit switches, governors, hoistway door locks, controller, handrails, handrail drive, steps and step chains, sub components belts, steps rollers, handrail bearing, safety switches, magnetic switches, combs, ARD battery 12V 17AH, LED light fitting 14 watt including Lamp, cabin fan 300 mm Sweep, Landing operating panel (LOP), false ceiling in Stainless steel hairline finish fabricated from 1.2mm thick SS sheet, LED light 06 watts, aluminium chequar plate 3mm thick, Door Motor, Door Sensor and Door Welding shall also be included for repair or replacement complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) All the Bidders shall upload a letter of 'Intent of MOU' through OEM ie M/s ThyssenKrupp Elevator (INDIA) in Cover-1 reagrding the willingness of MoU to be done between Bidder & OEM post acceptance of the Tender. The letter of declaration will be as per format at Appx 'E' Ser Page No 129 of Tender Documents. Failing to which Bidders shall be rejected for bid opening of Cover-II. The successful L1 Bidder shall submit MOU as per format within 07 days from date of issue of Work Order No 1, failing which late charges @0.5% OF CA amount per week from date of acceptance shall be imposed on contractor. The contract shall be liable to be cancelled without any notice under condition 54 of IAFW 2249, if MoU not submitted by L1 bidder within 5 week of acceptance. On occassion to this Performance Security @ 5% shall be forfeited by Department and work may be get executed under other means. Any Condonation of delay will be adjudicated by the Accepting Officer only. No extension will be granted on the part of OEM causing delay in signing the MoU with L1 bidder.
