PVC Door Shutter-30 mm thick:Supplying fitting and fixing P.V.C. door shutter of approved quality & shade in position, the style & rail of the P.V.C. door shutter will be made of rigid P.V.C. multicavity hollow chamber of 59 mm x30 mm section with 2.0 mm (+/-0.2 mm) wall thickness.Horizontal & vertical section shall be fixed to each other by self tapping screws and 1 solid polymeric or M.S. galvanised tubular 'L' shaped bracket 100mm x 200mm in each corner of the shutter frame for placing hinges. Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with cement content as per IRC: 15-2011, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batch mix plant / RMC and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design (as per IRC:44 2008), laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing, spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, polysulphide sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 for Rural Roads of MORD. (Use M25 Cement Concrete)

Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open foundation with or without reinforcements, in any part of foundation of bridges / culverts with graded stone chips of appropriate nominal sizes, including screening and cleaning of coarse aggregates, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, cost of curing with water, including cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge, cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. including cost of formwork but excluding reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Sub-structure including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

80 mm thick interlocking designer concrete paver block M-40 grade for medium-traffic zone & utility cuts on arterial roads etc. as per IS: 15658-2006 (over 20-40 mm medium sand bed on 250mm thk WBM/ WMM base ourse & 250 mm thk bound gnaular/ granular sub-base course & filling the interstices of blocks with fine sand by brooming & subsequent watering including cost of sand for sand bed but excluding cost of base, sub-base course & subgrad preparation.) complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge
