Dry coarse sand as cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of 8 cms deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying and stretching the cable, punned to 18 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable using sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat of size 230mmx115mmx75mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

XLPE insulated sheathed armored heavy duty LT 1100 Volts grade cable with aluminum conductors laid in trenches/pipe, fixed to poles, walls of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note : On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
