Excavation of soft/loose soil in trenches not exc 1.5 meter wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for manholes, laying of pipe in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

M& L in repair loop type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator large type 140 mm , clearence of hole 25.5 mm for 11000 volts grade including out of U/S one complete all as specified and directed.

Repair / Servicing / maintenance of transformer 11 / .433 KV indoor / outdoor type , plinth / pole mounted type including the following work services :- (a) Disconnecting transformer from electric system and providing electric power to user from alternative arrangement including taking out from existing position . (b) Decanning of transformer oil , opening top cover , disconnecting of all internal connections , removing of sludge and cleaning tank and cooling pipes / fins /tanks with pressure water and drying the tank, inspection of oil tank chamber, arrest the leakage if found complete all as specified. (c) Replacinig Unsv LT / HT bushing by replacing rubber / cork oil seals and damage terminal rod & replacement of Transformer cover gasket of rubber cork sheet . (d) Re installation of TFR including replacement of unsv parts , repair the defective parts and tighting of all loose / sparks wire / nut bolts etc and refixing the to the existing position , connecting with HT/LT cables and earthing strip and testing complete including necessary Transportation ( If required ) to the work shop and back and including Dehyderation and refilling of existing or new transformer oil of required quantity . NOTE (i) Dehydration of oil and new Transformer oil shall be measured and paid seperately . (ii) The work will be carried by authorised service centre or OEM. (iii) Transportation of TFR deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates. (iv) HT & LT Busing , Tap Changer will be measured & Paid separataly. (v) The rate of corck sheet & Packing Material for following cap of TFR are included in coted rate.

Supply and fixing in repalcement of heavy duty breather assembly with Silica jel cristal for Transformer as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV (size 2 x 1 m) for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety.

Materials and labour for removing the burnt out/ damaged LV bushes with porcelain insulator and replace with Brass LV bushes, nuts , check nuts, rubber washer etc complete as per the existing size / model, for transformers of capacity complete all as specified and directed.

(i)100 to 160 KVA

Materials and labour for removing the burnt out/ damaged HV bushes with porcelain insulator and replace with Brass HV bushes, nuts , check nuts, rubber washer etc complete as per the existing size / model, for transformers of capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration of existing transformers 11 KV and servo voltage stabilizer of oil minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength up to 50 KV in 2.5 mm gap electrode including toping up of oil if required at site . Note (i) Dehydration of transformer / voltage stabilizer oil shall be carried out at site and contractor shall be taken the testing result before and after dehydration of oil and shown to the EIC at site and maintain necessary documents for record . (ii) Dehydration Machine with all T&P & Transformer oil testing machine for dehydration of Transformer oil and necessary transportation for the machines shall be arranged by contractor . (iii) Oil required for topping up the transformer / voltage stabilizer will be measured & paid separatly

Supply and charging topping up of new low viscosity transformer oil from sealed drums confirming to IS 335-1993 Part-II after testing the correct dielectric strength up to 60 KV at 2mm gap duly de-hydrated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Off load Tap changer switch of existing model / type of Transformer of capacity 100 to 160 KVA .

Supply and fix Off load Tap changer switch of existing model / type of Transformer of capacity 400 KVA .

Supply and fix Off load changer switch of existing model / type of Transformer of capacity 630 to 1000 KVA .

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces steel by brushing/changing stain, greasy spots with thinner and apply two coats of spray painting with super enameled smokes grey colour paint of approved by Dept. and writing the MES / SM No with white paint as directed to transformer indoor/outdoor installed at various different locations complete all as specified and directed at site.

M & L for complete repairing / Serviceing of HT 11 KV Vaccum circuit breaker (VCB) after disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing connection, checking/finding of the defective spare/parts, removing of all moisture content with suitable grade chemical, replacement of rusted nuts,bolts and washer, replacement of all unserviceable post insulator and repair of all busbar joints and covered with HT insulation tape, painting of all internal surface where required and complete external surface as per existing colour and quality, replacemnt of all defective internal AC/DC circuit wiring, repair/servicing of breaker trolly including motorized operating mechanism, CT/PT, power pack and calibration of triping relays system and tripping mechanism for regulating the fault flow (Over Current, Earth Fault, Differential) in sequence from down streem to receiving Sub stn for accuracy and effective functioning of VCB complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Nuts , bolts, washer, painting, cleaning material, insulation tape, copper wire for circuit wiring and defective HT 11 KV 2 Amp fuse , carrier oiling greasing to charging spring ,replacement of HRC fuse 110/220 volt 5 Amps setting of over current , earth fault ASHIDA ADR131A relays / L&T Relay complete other minor items for repair of breaker shall be deemed in qouated rate. (ii) Replacement of major unserviceable spares/accessories shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule ‘A (iii) During repair work/serviceing work carried out in VCB panel all the existing HT connection/HT cable connected with other VCB for continuous supply to the feeder. (iv) Service & calibration to be done by authorised service centre or OEM. (v) Calibration report shall be submitted in duplicate copy.

Supply and testing Epoxy resin cost totaly enclosed dual core type Current transfomer (CT) for protection and measuring of system having ratio of 60/30 : 5 / 5 A , Burden-10VA, class-I, insulation level 12/28/75 KV, STC- 18.4 KA for 1 sec as per ISS-2705 and IEC-60044 including dismantling of old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and testing voltage transformer of ratio 1100 RT3 / 110RT3V Acc class 1.0 burden 200 VA STC 25 KA for 1 sec including copper extention strips of required size and rating complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only spring charging motor suitable for fixing with 11 KV indoor type VCB panel complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only battery charger suitable for charging to battery bank 12 volts 7 AH (02 Nos) complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only Heater 230 volts AC 60 watt for 11 KV HT VCB panel complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply only Neon indicator lamp LED type with high intensity 40-240 volts AC and 40-220 volts DC with holder complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Air Circuit Breaker 4pole/3pole, 630 to 2000 Amps 415 Volts, draw out/fixed type from location and repair /overhauling of spring drive mechanism, coil, auxiliary switch including setting of over load coil,no volt coil, tripping coil & apply multi grease for mechnical parts, cleaning and inspecting male and female contacts and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for contacts, checking of electrical wiring system, testing, and assembling all items/components parts to the respective position and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spare parts will measured and paid separately.

Supply ,install testing and commisioning of maintenance free chemical earthing system conforming to IS: 3043 using 77mm dia 3000mm long copper rod with exothermic T point rod with long copper strip of size 50mm x 6 mm and 90 mm dia terminal pipe of thickness 1.6 mm and 3000 mm long with copper test certifcate 99.99%. The ground enhancing compound made of Marconite conductive aggregate (consist of Marconite resin-based cements, adhesive and gypsum plasters) shall not be less than 45 kg. The electrode shall be provided on its top with an earth termination clamp made out of electrolytic grade copper for connecting earth continuity conductor with copper wire. PCC chamber of size 300x300x300 mm with cover shall be provided on the top of the earth system on 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 bed concrete . The chamber shall burried in ground with top edge projecting upto 75 mm from ground surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- i) The quoted rate shall include cost of copper strip 50mm x 6 mm upto 7.5 m length and bore in hard/disintegrated rock. ii) The earth resistance shall not be more than 01 ohm . iv) the size of bore should not be less than 1500 mm dia.

M & L for Earthing to OH/Sub stn with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to main earth lead GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nut, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES Schedule pt-I 2009 GI earth lead wire protected by GI pipe 15mm dia light grade and connected to earth test point including excavation in any type of soil,returning filling, disposal of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto top edge of earth plate, construction of PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel, watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and provision of earth test point including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : Main earth lead beyond 7.5 meter including protection pipe of suitable size shall measured and paid saperatly.

Complete all as per above item No 68 but main earth lead 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron strip. complete all as specified and directed.

Complete all as per above item No. 69 but using copper plate 60cm×60cm×3.15mm thick electrode and 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of 32 x 6 mm galvanized iron strip, buried in ground or fixed to wall in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix shock treatment chart standard size with diagrams and illustrations dully framed properly laminated including hooks for fixing/ fastening. The detail illustrations shall be in Hindi & English all as directed and as specified.

M&L for pole painting, concrete pole with 02 coat of wheather exposed dust proof "apex" emulsion, pole height should be 9/11 mtr. Painting should be done from top to bottom at ground level. Bottom portion of the pole upto 1.50 m from top of the copping with one coat of synthetic enamel paint with marking pole numbers & marking three blue & two white strips width 25 cm by fluorescent paint complete all all as specified and directed .

Supply and fill of back feel compound in earth pit complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix ON load four pole changeover switch with front handle operated of 4 pole 415 volt 50 Hz 630 amps in open execution to be fixed in existing panel with suitable size nut/bolts and complete all as directed
