Demolition of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs and removing unserviceable debris off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyster matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree celsius, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sqm, side lap 10cm & end lap 15cm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm and finished with aluminum paint @ 0.10 Ltr/Sqm all as per manufactures instruction and as directed by Engr-in charge. Note : The work shall be carried out by authorised applicators of manufactures.

M & L for providing cement concrete type B-0, 1;2;4 (12.5mm graded agregate) avg 30mm thick in floors,roofs etc (for roof padding) finished even and fair all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with liquid water proofing compound FOSROC's complast 421 IC @ 130ml per bag of cement including a bonding coat of FOSROC's Nito bond AR cement slurry (or) Equivalent as per manufactures instruction on roof slab/ floor complete all as specified. Note : Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Excavating in post holes each n.exc 0.50 cum getting out hard dence soil including returning filling in and ramming earth or broken aggregate mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and making good surface all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in foundations, filling, mass concrete etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-painted Galvalume aluminium Zink cooating GI based steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel works in Joist, channel, angle or tee sections, posts, rafters, purlins, trusses, connecting plates etc fixed independently conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) Quality -A all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel works in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel of flat) incl distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250), quality 'A' all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of area exc.10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC floor and paving n.exc 15mm thick (below or above ground level) and removing debris off the premises all as specified and diredted.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, hard standing etc of 40mm thick finished even and fair to receive top layer all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete pre-polished coloured tiles 300x300x25mm thick as in pavings, hard standing etc incl steps and risers, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement & pigment laid over and incl screed bed in CM (1:6) 15mm thick complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, haking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing debris off the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face of stone/brick surfaces finished even and smooth without to using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of stone /brick surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer over two coats of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (weather coating) over one coat of primer after applying wall care putty complete all as manufactured instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
