M&L, preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and ceilings and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty including rubbing/ grinding with sand paper and making smooth and even surface as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and ceilings and applying two coats of water proof external wall care putty and making surface even and smooth to receive external emulsion and applying two coats of weather proof anti algal exterior acrylic emulsion paint (100% acrylic), premium quality, over a coat of primer all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and ceilings surfaces including cornices, pilasters etc., and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of sheets in roof coverings (corrugated, semi corrugated etc.,) any material including ridges complete all as directed.

S&F, Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet / trapezoidal steel sheet 0.50mm base metal thickness of any colour having tensile strength of 550MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws and EPDM washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550MPa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings, fixed with self tapping screws and EPDM washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs, 12mm thick gypsum board in false ceiling fixed with screws as per manufactures specifications including applying one coat of putty, rubbing/grinding with sand paper and making smooth and even surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat primer complete all as directed. Make: Saint Gobain or equivalent as approved by GE.

Re arranging the existing aluminium grid work / armstrong grid by strengthening the members and refixing in ceiling by drilling/cutting the slab and hanging with mild steel rods / GI wire suspender after taking down existing ceiling boards / tiles and refixing back after carrying out repairs complete all as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5Sqm complete all as directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts/pipes and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3, depth of embedded portion of holdfasts/pipes or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into wall shall be exceeding one brick but not exceeding two brick thick, complete all as specified and directed.
