Part-A: MOTOR DRIVEN FIRE FIGHTING PUMP: Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Motor driven End Suction / Multi Stage Centrifugal Pump Set for fire fighting system with a flow capacity of 2280 LPM and total head at 100 m, with CI casing, standard fittings, bronze impeller along with all accessories etc. conforming to IS and Standards for Fire-fighting System. Ref. Sr No.2 of Technical specification.

JOCKEY PUMP: Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Motor driven End Suction / Multi Stage Centrifugal Jockey Pump sets of capacity 180 lpm @ 100 m head conforming to IS and Standards for Fire-fighting System at Zerlina Pump House & Purnima Pump House. Scope includes supply, installation of pump, connection of suction & delivery pipe with providing of eccentric reducer of suitble size, cabling from starter to motor, termination of cable, testing & commissioing of the pump set. Refer the Sr No.3 of Technical specification.

SITC of GI Pipe of class-C confirming to IS: 1239. Fabrication of riser, suction header/suction line & delivery header of the FF pumps: Supply, fabrication & installation, testing and commissioning of GI pipe confirming to IS 1239 including fabrication of suction/delivery header of pump and riser installation, laying of ring main. The pipe shall be installed above ground except road crossing & inside fire duct of Jerlina & Purnima buildings, fabrication of discharge header of main electric pumps/jcokey pump with installation of NRV/SV & connection with suction nozzle & discharge nozzle of the pumps. Elbow shall be measured in the length of relevant size of pipe. Fabrication of sprinkler network with 25-100NB class -C GI pipe(IS: 1239 Part-I) including specials(25-80") elbows/reducers/sprinkler fittings/tie rods with 1 mm thick GI strip &anchor-fsteners for pipe hanging from ceiling hydro-testing at 15 kg/sqcm for 2 hours, wrapping-coating(4 mm) of under ground pipe & two coat painting of exposed pipe with red paint post zinc-cromate primer. Providing PCC support blocks to the under ground/above ground pipe & clamping with 16 mm dia 'U' clamp/anchor -fasteners at every 3 meter, fixing the riser at each floor with the help of 16 mm dia 'U' clamp/70X70X8 mm angle/anchor-fastener. SS BALL VALVE: Supply, istallation, testing & commissioning of SS ball valve of 20NB along with barrel nipple/union and making connection from riser to hose drum

SPRINKLER: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 15 mm dia recessed sprinkler with quartzoid bulb and set to operate at 68 deg Celsius, with rosette plate [Pendent type Sprinkler (K-80), FM & UL approved] with all assembly complete in all respects as directed by EIC.

SITC OF MORRIS PATTERN YARD HYDRANT: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning including of PDI of single outlet hydrant/landing valves having 63 mm instantaneous female outlet and CI hand wheel, SS cover cap conforming to IS 5290(type SORF flange confirming to ASTM A 105 , EPDM gasket, nut-bolts etc.

SIAMESE CONNECTION: Providing & fixing Siamese Connection with 4 nos. 63 mm dia. SS-304 instantaneous male coupling blank cap, MS chain complete mounted on 150 mm MS pipe with all fittings for fixing with pipe including and painting with 2 coats of signal red anti corrosive paint over 2 coats of red oxide primer etc. all complete and as directed by Engineer in charge.

AIR CUSHION TANK: Design, Supply and erection of air cushion tank (material IS 2062/2002) with air release valve/PRV(50 mm), GM drain valve(25 mm), GM gate valve/inlet(50 mm), provision for pressure switches, pressure guages etc. inside the pump house including making inlet connection with GI/CS pipe of required length from discharge header to air cushion tank, fixing properly and securing the same to the base etc. complete in all respect. Ref. Sr No.6 of Technical specification. The tank shall be hydraulically tested at 25 Kg/sq.cm. at manufacturers premises. Note : Pressure switches & pressure gauge shall be measured and paid separately.

PRESSURE GAUGE: Providing & fixing pressure gauges with dial of 150 mm dia size and range 0 to 21 kg/sq.cm and complete in all respects with shut off cocks(ss) , all fittings etc, duly calibrated before installation in MKS and FPS units and fixing the same wherever required and duly tested after installation as directed by E-I-C.

PRESSURE SWITCH: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of suitable Pressure switches with isolation valve(SS) on air cushion tank, with a range of 0 -20 Kg/sqcm with low & high set points conforming to relevant IS, specifications, complete in all respects as required & as per instructions of E-I-C.

M S SUPPORT: Structural steel work at all levels using Angles, channels, chequered plates, pipes etc. of suitable sizes including anchor fasteners wherever necessary including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding,erecting and fixing in position including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade & make over a coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC FOUNDATION: Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M-30 infoundation, plinth & 'superstructure for all type of Structural/ RCC elements conforming to 'IS456-2000 , IS 3370 (latest) and IS 13290-2002using 20mm. 'maximum size down graded stoneaggregate including necessary 'shuttering, machine mixing, conveying,placing in position, mechanical 'consolidation,finishing, curing etc. complete as perspecifications and 'drawings for the followingetc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note-for reinforced cement concrete. a) Cement for structural works shall be OPC/PPC ISI marked and duly approved by the Engineer-in-charge b) PPC/blended cement of ISI marked shall only be used for finishing works on priorapproval of Engineer-in-charge c) All 'RCC work shall be controlled concrete unless otherwise specified and shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the drawings and specifications. d)The rates for RCC works shall be exclusive of cost of reinforcement and form work unless otherwise mentioned. e) All coarse 'aggregate to be of 20mm.maximum size & uniformly graded unless otherwise mentioned. f) The minimum cement content for water tank shall not be less than 330 kg/cum and not more than 400 kg/cum. g) For all RCC items, the rates quoted shall include the following without any 'extra cost tothe Department :i) Fixing at correct level and in proper alignment the inserts, pipe sleeves, pipebends, hooks, puddle flange,other pipe specials and embeded parts etc. supplied by /through the dept.ii) Cut outs, nitshes, pockets, constructionjoints etc. h)Test for Concrete shall be done as per IS 456-2000 and the cost of the same shall be borne by the contractor

PCC WORK : Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including compaction, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering and disposal of debris from building premises etc. all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

DISMANTLING OF FF RISER AND FF PUMP SETS: Dismantalaing of existing 4 nos. main FF pump-motor set of 100HP, 10 nos valves(NRV/SV) of size 150-200NB, 1 no. MS tank of cap 2000 ltrs, 4 nos. starter panel along with main incomers panel and cutting & removing of 150 mm dia 2 nos.riser(Zerlina & Poornima buildings) pipe of 50 m height with the help of scaffolding along with hose reel/hydrant valve from a open fire shaft and stacking of all the old materials at designated place for disposal.

HYDRO-TESTING OF EXISTING FF SYSTEM AT ZERLINA BUILDING Hydro-testing of existing under gorund fire fighting pipe line(80NB to 150NB) including risers to identfy leak points for rectification. Pressure test shall be carried out in segmented manner between valves, valves shall be removed/reinstalled by agency. One end of the testing segment shall be isolated by using the blind flange with provision of air valve and pressure shall be applied through the pressure feeding arrangement & hydro-testing pump from other end. All the landing valve of riser shall be dismantled & removed, fitting of blind flange in place of landing valve and applying of pressure. Pressure testing shall be carried out at 15 kg/sq-cm. All the tools & equipments including bilnd flanges shall be arranged by agency.

MODIFICATION OF RISER OF ZERLINA BUILDING Cutting of existing GI riser of 150NB same as to the length of Tee(150x150x80 mm) in the fire duct & removing the same, chamfering at the cut endge of riser for butt weld, fitting & welding of Tee in place of cut piece, welding of 80NB SORF flange with Tee for fitting of hydrant valve, DPT of root & final pass of all the weld joint and testing.

PART-B: Fire Alarm Control Panel FACP Components FIRE DETECTION AND ALARM SYSTEM FOR ZERLINA BUILDING, POORNIMA BUILDING AND KENILWORTH BUILDING. Note: 1) All the items which are to be supplied under item no.-1 of Part-B shall be of same make. 2) Materials has to be supplied as per Preferred makes of material mentioned in the tender document.

Supply of 32-bit dual core microprocessor based 100% hot redundant intelligent addressable Fire Alarm Control panel with 2 loop with inbuilt bluetooth and battery back up to 72 hours, expandable upto 16 loops without changing the cabinet.The FACP should have capacity of peer to peer networking of panels. The control panel, batteries, battery charger etc, shall be Vds approved and as per EN-54 standard. The panel should be modular, decentralized, with 100% hot redundancy in CPU/master control unit, loop cards, relay and interface card,display circuitry by means of duplicated electronics means hardware redundancy with full functionality. The panel shall consisting with minimum 240 character LCD display. Panel should be able to record atleast 65000 events history. Each loop should be capable to have atleast 250 elements / devices out of which min. 200 nos. shall be detectors. The Panel Shall have on board TCP/IP Lan port to facilitate remote operation of the panel.The system should be Vds approved and It is possible to Commissioning the System through LAN Network. Note: Scope of work includes Integration of system by addressing, programming of all the devices in the system, commisioning & performance testing all as per the tender specification & as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Intelligent Addressable Multi sensor Detector : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Vds approved Intelligent Addressable type multisensor detector with base for use as heat or smoke or combined both having integrated fault isolators, capability of soft addressing from panel & detecting all types of fires from TF-1 to TF-8 & all classes of heat as per EN-5,7 & 29 etc.alongwith surface type metal boxes/ junction boxes made out of 16 SWG MS CRCA sheet powder coated with suitable cutouts for cable entry having dimensions suitable for mounting the Detector all as per the tender specification & as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Addressable Manual call point: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of flush mounted Vds approved Addressable Manual call point , Double action - break glass type with Push Button, Loop powered , comprise of an electronic circuit in-built to provide addressing capability, having inbuilt fault isolators etc.alongwith surface type metal boxes/ junction boxes made out of 16 SWG MS CRCA sheet powder coated with suitable cutouts for cable entry having dimensions suitable for mounting the MCP, all as per tender specification & as directed by Engineer in-charge. Note: i.) Scope of work includes breaking the wall, cutting the existing conduits if required, & placing the MCP at the location instructed by EIC, filling the leftover gaps in wall with cement, mortar & bricks etc. finishing by applying white cement & touch up painting of that area by roller/brush etc. ii.) if additional GI box is required for flush mounting of MCP then it shall also be considered accordingly under the scope.

Addressable loop powered Sounder: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Vds approved Addressable Loop Powered multi tone sounder with integrated fault isolators , having a sound pressure level of atleast 89dB at 1 meter distance, tone & volume adjustable from panel etc.alongwith surface type metal boxes/ junction boxes made out of 16 SWG MS CRCA sheet powder coated with suitable cutouts for cable entry having dimensions suitable for mounting the sounder all as per tender specification & as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Remote Indicator: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Remote indicator having 360° view, for both wall mount and ceiling mount, controlled and powered directly via the alarm output of the fire detector or a suitable loop module etc. alongwith surface type metal boxes/ junction boxes made out of 16 SWG MS CRCA sheet powder coated with suitable cutouts for cable entry having dimensions suitable for mounting the response indicator, all as per tender specification & as directed by Engineer in-charge.
