Material & labour for cleaning and servicing Induction motors and pump (Fire Fighting) capacity up to 50HP, servicing complete pumping system and electrical connections from LT panel / starter penal to each pump. Disconnecting the burnt cable end terminals at incoming side of MCCB DB TPN/LT panel cubicle and cutting suitable length of Incoming LT UG cable after breaking PCC on wall / floor, taking out cable from loop by excavation and earthwork complete of any size and type crimping aluminium lugs of suitable size after preparation of cable ends reconnecting including providing GI strip or earthing, taking out nuts, bolts, washers and testing for any loose connections including earth work for taking out loop of UG cable, making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for disconnecting of fire figting pump set and connected equipment for checking proper smooth function icluding checking pressure as per building height including cleaning and servicing the fire hydrant of any size of pipe line connected sluice valve, gate valve and butterfly valve as per site measured each hydrant point as specified and directed.

S&F DI specials such as bends / Tees/Tapers/collars/Dead end flanged /Tail end pieces etc including nuts and bolts etc complete upto 300mm dia

S & F female coupler with lock made with stainless steel 63 mm dia suitable for fire hydrant loading valves located at various fire hydrant places complete all as per existing complete.

S&F GI tubing medium grade 100mm dia in floor/ trenches /walls with all fittings including taking out the existing un serviceable corroded galvanised iron tubing for domestic water/fire fighting system complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-1. Excavation & earthwork will be measured and paid seperatly under respective item of schedule.

Supply and fix Gun metal fire brigade inlet connection for connecting to external fire hydrant ring main consisting of two nos 63mm dia instantaneous type male coupling complete with all accessories for replacement the UNSV one complete all as directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of fire hydrant landing valve single head outlet of 63 mm dia conforming to IS 5290 including taking down the old unsv one complete all as directed.

Supply and fix 63 mm dia gun metal branch pipe with 12.5 mm nozzle conforming to IS 903 including taking down the old existing unserviceable one complete all as directed.

Supply and fix hose reel drum swing type with hose reel of 20 mm dia and 30 meter length conforming to IS 5132 and fixed to wall properly with nut bolts and clamps etc. including taking down the old UNSV one complete.

Supply and fix 63 mm dia 15 meter long RRL hose conforming to IS 636 complete with Gun metel male and female coupling conforming to IS 903 including taking down the old UNSV one complete.

Supply and fix Pressure gauge 100 mm dia with ball valve of pressure upto 14 KGs rating including taking down the old UNSV one complete.

Supply and fix Non Return Valve (NRV), flanged type of heavy duty wafer type ,100 mm (4”)dia including taking down the old UNSV one complete.

Supply and fix CI sluice valve, PN-1.6, ISI marked flanged at both ends, and drilled suitable for 100mm dia pipe, including jointing material like 3mm thick rubber gasket, bolts, nut, etc complete including taking down existing damaged sluice valve all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No 14 above here-in –before but suitable for 80mm dia pipe.

M & L for cutting the existing GI raising mains 20mm to 50mm dia including threading for inserting gate valve for controlling independent water tank, provision of short pieces , unions, socket , threading , jointing leak testing .

Supply and fix gun metal globe or gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes, suitable for 50 mm dia pipe including taking down existing damaged gate valve all as specified and as directed.

Attending to complaints, connecting / disconnecting the loose wire/ UG Cable of street light / security/ flood light / post top lantern light, checking the serviceablity condition of any type of light, rate included for arrangement of ladder or scafolding all as specified and directed.

Electrical efficiency > 85%, system efficacy > 100 lm/W, operating voltage between 140 - 270 V, AC, 50 Hz, fittings as per specified here-in-after complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement LED Street/ security light fittings with lamp,45W,lens & toughened glass IP 66, with high lumen output, environmental friendly, energy efficient LED, street light fitting with lamps and accessories including GI piping Bracket suitable bend for holding street/ security light, system electrical efficiency > 85%, system efficacy > 100 lm/W, operating voltage between 140 - 270 V, AC, 50 Hz, fittings as per specified here-in-after complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement LED flood 70Watt light highly efficient LED flood light made of pressure die cast alluminium housing , suitable lens and toughened glass IP 66 capacity with best in class design & Robust heat sink along with class leading IP, IK & Surge protections for long lasting performance.

Supply and fix in replacementf Decorative pole with light LED (3000k) IP 65 die cast aluminium body PC diffuser in sandblast finish along with suitable light fitting with Lamp, all as specied and directed. Make Jaquor or Hallonix.

Supply only PVC insulated, PVC unsheathed multi-stranded heavy duty copper conductor cable of 4.0 sq.mm size, FR grade, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install in replacement cable junction box made of high quality DK thermoplastic of size 200X140X95 mm including four number connection terminals suitable mouted on DN rail for alumn cables upto 25 sqmm 4 core with one single pole MCB 'C' curve type of current rating 6 amps and rupturing cap 10 KA complete with thermoplastic cable glands and fixed on GI Pipe and using pole clamps made out of appropriate material all as required at site or directed including inspection/ site testing (after installation at site) by company engineer. (Note: GI pipe measured separatally)

S &F sheet metal enclosure DB's Triple pole and neutral 4 way double door cpmlete fixing flush with the wall including taking down the old existing DB all as specified and directed.

Supply only MCB SPN, 230 V, 40 Amps current rating, 'C' series, 10 KA breaking capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Repalcement of MCCB Three Pole, 125 Amps, 16 KA breaking capacity, 415Volts all as specified. Make Legrand or or equalent.

Supply and Replacement of MCCB Four Pole DPX3, 200 Amps, 25 KA breaking capacity, 415Volts all as specified. Make Legrand or or equalent.

M & L for providing sub main wiring with two run single core ,6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated PVC unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable in and including PVC concealed conduit and earth wire with 1 run of 6 Sq mm copper cable fixed along with the sub main in PVC conduit and connecting to earth including cutting chases and taking down existing damaged sub-main wiring all as specified and directed. Note:- 2 run of 6sqmm cable, 1 run of 6sqmm earth wire and PVC conduit pipe along with cutting chases shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and fix in replacement ,outdoor type LED post top lantern light fitting of 38 watts comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, enclosed with glass cover in frame , with protection complete with all accessories and lamp colour white all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles/plinth blocks of HT poles etc including fair finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread graded coarse aggreagate 20mm graded loose staking inside the chain fencing area of transformer.

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for cable protection fixed on wall/pole/laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying of cable of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 10 Sqmm 4 core, in trenches / fixed on walls /poles including suitable MS clamps for fixing, connecting , testing and commissioning for building service connections including taking down the exisitng unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Earthwork, earth cushioning, brick protection, shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide not exc. 1.5 m in depth; for laying of cables, not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out , trimming sides, forming bottom surface to required level complete in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick as in soils all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point all as specified and as directed.

Screening excavated earth (passing through 12 mm square mesh), laying riddled earth in trenches for cable protection, under and above Cable all as specified in SSR Part - I (Clause No 19.75) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness of riddled earth of 18 cm will be measured and paid.

M & L for Sub-class 'B' well burnt bricks of old size 230 mm x 115 mm x 40 mm laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches for UG cable protection all as specified and as directed.
